I found the JW speaker headlights and tail lights I needed here for half the price of elsewhere. When I called in, the staff was polite and helpful. Next day shipping was far cheaper here than elsewhere. Overall great company

I have ordered a few parts from northridge. It has great prices and hassel free.I recently ordered 5 Tires from them however three of which were lost in transit. Not northridge falt. They were lost after they were picked up. I contacted their customer service department. They filed the claim. And got the issue resolved in a timely mannerand they kept me in the loop the entire time via email. I Well continue to use them for on line purchases.

So far have ordered twice from these guys and they have had the best prices on parts for my gladiator. Very quick to ship out things and everything has been delivered timely and not damaged. I am going to be placing another order here in a week and can’t wait these guys rock!

I had an issue with a light that went out after two years. I had difficulty communicating with the return/warranty guy on the phone, so I thought I would just walk in and talk to the guys there. They were great. They saw it was dark, got a new headlight for me, and happened to have time right then to put it in! No hassle at all! They were kind and polite.. not only that, they noticed my turn light was out, so they replaced that as well! I would go back again, again..

Scammers ---I would have done 0 stars-- Northridge has a return scam Employees at the warehouse and HR refuse to do anything Claiming a part is damaged Claiming they called So since nobody answered they tell people that we had to destroy the part lol Meaning an employee kept it !! U get nothing Be very very careful

Have used Nothridge on past Jeep builds. Never again. Return process is seriously flawed. Well maybe not for them it's a money maker. If you return something better take photos of the parts before you return it and be prepared for them to try and say it was used. Then be prepared to challenge the decision and they will probably agree with you if you have not used it but what a waste of time and energy. Then after your frustrated emailing back and forth they hit you for a return fee and you pay for the shipping both ways. Depending on the price of the parts you could be into the cost by 50% or more in restock fees and shipping. Just way too complicated and takes way too much effort to do business with them.

Unfortunately this has been one of the worst experiences I've had with Northridge. I ordered a drive shaft for my Jeep. It got shipped and damaged/ lost at no fault of Northridge but then I got stuck between who is that fault Northridge or UPS. After dealing with this for a week, Northridge finally decided to send me another drive shaft but they send it to the wrong address. So here we are again with more issuesUnfortunately, I will not be using them for any more items that I need solely on their customer service skills

I decided to order from this sad place thinking my part will arrive extremely fast since I live about 75miles away. I regret it!!! The part orderd are only small 2 gaskets, the cost $7 plus $9 for shipping. You would think that would arrive within 72hrs or 3 days, especially if you live not to far I drive myself but my only ride is down waiting on those gaskets. This is my 2nd experience with long wait process and over priced shipping cost.Save your money and stay away from this place! You get better service at places like 4wheel Parts or Other online shops.To think, I was planning on ordering my Dana60 front and rear, Beadlocks, bumpers, winch and so on. Im better off with a more trusted company that wouldn't rip people off and take their sweet time shipping things. Run from this place!!!

Absolutely my go to place for all my jk goodies! Absolutely the best advice , customer service, support and pricing! They are truly Family owned just a great company not to mention I live in S.Jersey and having a warehouse in Kentucky most of my shipments get here fast.
