“Apparently, they are having phone issues. They called me back after I sent a web message. Thank you.
The unit has a code that gets changed often enough that the one I use is invalid. At such time I have to call to get the new one. Unfortunately, every time I call, it goes through the menu - press 1/2 for current customer, press 1/2 to speak with manager. When I press 2 to speak with a manager, it hangs up on me. Every time I have called ( at least 6 times) from different phone numbers.... and it isn't only at Waaga Way - I also tried to get ahold of the Fairgrounds location and it hung up on me as well. What's going on over there? If you're going to change the code, at least make it easy to retrieve. I'm very frustrated.”

“We hired them to move my daughter and son-in-law. The experience was great! Dave was the driver and point person at both ends, and he was very professional. Nothing is broken, even with there being some very big heavy things that could have easily broken if they were set down wrong, and everything was packed in the truck very well. They were on time for both the pickup and dropoff of belongings and worked very efficiently. The only bit of feedback is that boxes were not always stacked by weight, so there were some very heavy boxes put on top of light boxes, but it wasn't enough of an issue to affect the overall rating! Diane, in particular, went above and beyond for us — always checking in, following up, and making sure everything was taken care of (even when my mom couldn’t quite get the storage unit locked correctly). She never made us feel like a bother and was so patient and proactive.
Every time we stopped by, the whole team was welcoming and ready to help with whatever we needed. It’s rare to find a business that combines great service with genuinely kind people, but Pacific Storage nails it.

“I had a Go-Mini dropped at my home and then moved to a new property where it sat for several cold rainy months during a remodel. First the Go-mini driver in Bremerton is amazing at maneuvering the box for drop off and pick up. Secondly, the office people were organized and prompt in regards to bids, billing, questions, etc. Lastly, the box itself was reasonable and rock solid in terms of protecting the goods inside. We had some torrential downpours too. Go Mini is a solid value.”

By far the easiest and cleanest setup and use of technology. Sharing access is a breeze through the app. Zero complaints. Thank you for being amazing.”
