Used to work for this great company untill I was wrongfully terminated by the corrupt management.when I refused to push pro credit cards on non pro customers and told management that it was not right to the share holders they made many attempts to get me written up for bogus things. I loved working for lowes for thar last two years. I took great pride in being the pro sales supervisor. Now I'm unemployed and applying anywhere I can to be able to support my beautiful family of 4 kids and my partner.

Waited over 30 mins for someone to bother to assist us then got pissed off and left. Absolutely crap to try and get some assistance! If it's not on the shelves don't bother!

Nice enough people but not particularly knowledgeable in the area they are working. They had a nice selection of sub panels but half of them needed an additional part that was not in stock, lacking that $2 part the sub panel does me no good.

If I could give this store no stars I would. On Aug 28, 2023, I went to the Silverdale Store and purchased a Microwave and free-standing gas range. I arranged for the installation of both items. I was also told that I qualified for a rebate on the installation. On Sep 11 the installer arrived at my house. He installed the microwave and went out to unbox the range. He came back in and said that the range would be going back because it had a dent in the side of it. He further stated that before leaving the store he pointed out to staff that the box was dented. They did not bother to inspect the range they told the installer it was OK. So, I contacted Phillip Cushman Assistant Manager at the store he stated that he was going to investigate further, and I should call him back if I got any update from the installer. I waited 2 more hours past the installation time for a total of 5 hours for the installer to call me back and say they needed to order a new range and he would not be back. I took leave from work that day, so it was basically a wasted day. After getting the information from the installer I attempted to contact Cushman. I was told by a store operator that he would contact me when he could. As of 10/2/23 I am still waiting for him to call me back. Since the 11th I made several calls to the store and was put on hold or just disconnected, it is impossible to get anyone on the phone for assistance. I called the installation center and they said they would put in paperwork that required the store to respond in 2 days. If they didn’t, they would escalate the issue. I found out later that these notices to the store were ignored and not answered. After several more phone calls that got me nowhere. I was finally told that the range would be at the store on 9-21. I arranged for the install on 30 Sep between 11& 2. I got a call from the installer after 2 saying he was running late. He then called me back and told me he contacted the store and my range had already been picked up. I called the installation center after an explanation the lady and a 27-minute phone call later I was told that she was going to stay in communication with the store and find the range. Apparently, it was put in a location that was different than the location on inventory. The installer arrived after 3 and left at 5. Another day wasted because of screw ups at the Silverdale Store. I contacted the installation center regarding this horrible experience. I explained that I am a disabled vet and a senior citizen. They offered me $134.00 for my inconvenience. I told them that was a slap in the face that my time was worth more than that. Scott Fox the installation Center Manager said that all he would offer. His tone was he did not care, which seems to be the attitude of all the employees. There is always someone else that will buy our stuff. We don't value you as a customer. Final analysis - you want customer service and some one that really cares about its customers DON"T SHOP AT LOWES! ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE SENIOR OR A VET.10/4/23 Based on the response from the number I called and spoke to a Customer Care Specialist (which is a misnomer). You were no help at all. You said that you would contact the store which is exactly what the Install Center Manager told me 2 days ago. Still waiting more of the same from a Company that can't tell it's left hand from it's right. Guess my expectation of customer service has a higher bar than Lowes. Your answer to we are here to help is we will send a message to the store. When they haven't answered anything else what makes you think they are going to answer now?

We visited the Silverdale Lowe's to pick up a couple pieces of hardware and look for a new fridge. When we looked for the appliance associate to ask questions, Jon, completely blew us off and was extremely rude. When we made a comment about how we were looking at the discounted fridges, he scoffed and would not help us. We were ready to leave and go somewhere else when Emily came over to help us. She was extremely helpful and friendly and we appreciated her sincerity and kindness and ended up purchasing a fridge with her help. When we went back a couple hours later to pick up the fridge, when we were unsure if we needed to take the shell off of our truck, Jon continued to scoff and make rude comments. While we truly appreciated Emily's help, we will be going to Home Depot next time and giving them our business. It was a disappointing experience and we hope it was an off day for Jon and he is not like that with all customers.

This used to be my favorite store to visit. But over the last 4 plus months, the service has declined at a terrible rate. I have been unable to get help loading out orders of lumber. I have to load my cart 4x8 sheets of plywood them load it in my truck. Last trip was the worst as I had an arm injury, and I needed sheets of plywood, then Hardyplank. Hardyplank is heavy 4x8 foot, and I needed 7 sheets.Maybe I was spoiled in the past because I got help. Now, I ask, and 30 minutes later, no help has arrived.I'm 60 years old Grandama and have a hobby farm. I remember what customer service looks like, and this sure isn't it.

Very well stocked, store and friendly employees but not too friendly. If you know what I mean. Sometimes you go to stores and are constantly being bugged throughout your exploration. This sore did it right.

Really GREAT Service! On 7/26/23, I stopped at the service desk in the evening and was assisted by Kim, to establish a Lowe's credit card account. She was very helpful in this and at the same time aware of maintaining both my security and privacy. Thank you Kim.Tim, in plumbing was great in assisting me to select 2 toilets and take them to the register. Thank you Tim.Then Justin (or Jason?) helped me in lumber, (first by rescuing my cell phone which I had laid down). Both Justin/Jason and Allan worked very hard with my son, to fit my purchases into the 2 vehicles that we had brought along and tie them down for safe transport. Allan took special care to cover my baseboards with a piece of cardboard to prevent damage while driving. Thank you both.I am not remembering my cashier's name, but I know she is from Guam, She was very helpful to make sure my receipt processed correctly and showed my my credit options with the new card. Thank you.The Lowes' team really excelled for me on a quiet night when usually it is hard to find help down the aisles. It really stood out and I wanted to express my appreciation to management.

Never have I been utterly ignored while shopping at a lowes as I was today. Pushed the help button twice, watched employees walk around down far aisles and after 20 minutes I got fed up and left. Lost my business

We went through Lowe's to purchase a range oven, as well as used their services to do a major kitchen and bathroom remodel. No issues then, but that was 6 and 3 years ago respectively.Fast forward to now, we are in the process of replacing our back deck. We went into Lowe's at least 3 times, each time getting turned away because they "need more information." We got what they asked for from our contractor, and we were told they need to work with our contractor directly. That would have been good to know from the get-go.By comparison, Home Depot in Silverdale and Builder's FirstSource in Kingston gave us bids immediately.I don't know if they just do things differently at Lowe's or if people there just don't want to work, but I will not be shopping there anymore if I can help it.

Tanya in kitchen design & cabinets in Silverdale is fabulous!! We are doing our second home renovation in about 12 years with Lowe's (new old house), so we have been through the process before, but Tanya was amazing getting us to a complete design we loved in only two meetings. I know she put in a ton of work while we weren't there, but she was able to nail down everything from styles to colors, organization, countertops in a very fun & pain-free way. We designed the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and laundry with her in the two visits. You guys have a great employee with Tanya!!!
