I was on the listing side. Lee Nguyen's communication was exceptional. He kept the deal together quickly closing in the time frame stated after another lender blew things up at the last minute. I would definitely consider using him on the buy side especially for VA loans.

This was my second time working with Lee and once again he knocked it out of the park. He was very informative and transparent from the start to finish. Throughout the entire process his team and him work very hard to meet all of your needs no matter where you are (they are base in WA and I was buying a house in VA). Lee also always looks out for your best interest and before closing crunches the number to best fit your case to ensure that you know your options.

Excellent experience working with Lee. We attended a presentation he did on the basics of VA loans. He did such a good job providing an easy to understand, yet intelligent, description of the process that we quickly set up an appointment to work with him. Communication was excellent throughout and he didn't skip a beat when COVID-19 forced everything to shut down in the middle of closing.
