“Had a very nice, expensive sweater altered here. They were friendly and had low prices. However, this was a 3.5/5 for me.I wanted the sweater taken in as much as possible (it's at least two sizes too big). The work along the sides looked a bit sloppy in some parts (see pics). Plus when I said it wanted it taken in more the lady argued. I think she was trying to tell me that it would make the sweater “slightly” uneven. Given that the sweater was MASSIVE on me I said I didn't care and wanted more taken in anyway. She still refused. I didn't want to make a scene so I just accepted it despite the fact I could literally see the holes where they put the pins in. (She ended up sewing the hole up in front of me, but again that was NOT what the problem was. Why pin it if you're not going to take it in??)I absolutely would not have paid if I'd inspected the needlework first. I will do so from now on. Also I would recommend this place for alterations only if your clothing isn't expensive. Like I said, they were very friendly and prices were reasonable. I'd come back with a regular t-shirt or something I didn't care about as much.”
“I go here for hems. Has been $10 each patch. The man makes me laugh he's like "how much were these pants?" and I'm like "they were $10" and he suggests I just buy new pants. "But they fit perfect!".. "ooOokayy! ^.^ " lmao he's awesome...but yeah I should've just bought new jeans, he was right, they weren't made to last this long. I got too fat after lockdown and the button snapped off. They fixed that too with a cool matching Star one so that was pretty awesome. “Possibly the best business I've ever dealt with in my life. Everything that they do is perfect're delivery time and pick up times are very quick within 24 hours usually. It saves me money and the prices are totally reasonable I actually think it is cheaper than using a laundromat if you do the math.”
“I have used Super Cleaners several times now to clean my queen down comforter. They are always fast to check you in and pick up is usually a couple days out. Always convenient for me. They've done great work, getting puppy pee out of my comforter as well as cat stains. ( We have since invested in a duvet cover) but will always come back here to get our dry cleaning done.Service: General bedding cleaning”
“I did not get a chance to use their service, but the customer service was excellent. I don't know much about dry cleaning I was following the label on my shirt but dry cleaning would have ruined those particular shirts, and the lady at the front patiently explained it to me. She was very kind and even gave me advice on how to clean the shirt so I could preserve the writing. It worked, and I am thankful she saved my shirts. If I ever have something that can be dry cleaned and needs to be done, I'm bringing it here.”

“We have been going to Allen’s Cleaners for over 25 years. Think about that length of time. 6 days a week for over twenty fiver years!!We tried every dry cleaner in the area including in Bainbridge Island and had many difficulties until we found Mabel and Barney. They are the best! We dry clean many clothes and often. Dress shirts, wool sweaters, overcoats and sport coats, khakis and dress slacks. Also, blouses - both silk and cotton, cashmere sweaters, skirts and suits - all are done beautifully. Allen’s Cleaners also tailored some pants for length and a couple of times had buttons put on. Without a doubt they are the best, most dependable, dry cleaner around. I launder even my flannel shirts and they are perfectly. Plus they are the most wonderful, kind people to have in your community. “The washers and dryers work great. Seems there are people not using the washers and dryers but sit on the chairs and sleep and leave garbage. Esp in cold weather”
