The mall holds a special place for the community, bringing back childhood memories of walking the crowded promenade and visiting shops, while also creating new experiences for visitors. It is appreciated as a nice place to walk around, especially on rainy days, with beautiful tropical plant displays that resemble a botanical garden. The mall is notable for having more local businesses than others and is considered a great spot for shopping and browsing. Additionally, nearby stores like Winco Foods are highly regarded for grocery shopping, and there are good options for athletic gear and shoes, making Kitsap Mall a versatile destination for shopping, leisure, and community connection.
I have been coming here since I was a kid. It may not be as fancy as some other malls. But there are many great options for stores. This place is a staple for Kitsap County and has always been a go to for me.

Not too crowded, lots of good places to shop, and plenty of lounge spots to eat snacks or take breaks.

Retailers abandoned our local mall years ago, leaving our community with an empty husk. I wanted my daughter to experience what I did growing up, walking the crowded promenade and visiting all the shops. For me, Kitsap brought back memories of my childhood, while creating a new one for my daughter. Thanks, for that.
