“I brought a necklace into Kay Jeweler which was gifted to me and had been broken. It was submitted for repair and when it was returned to the store we discovered it had not been repaired per the diagram that the sales associate submitted with the repair ticket. Katai another sales person there took it upon himself to submit a detailed drawing with a narrative as to exactly what was needed to do it correctly. He spent about an hour to correct it exactly to my specifications. Thank you Katai; great job”
