Maureen E Eaquinta has been our tax preparer every year for 6 years now. She is amazing! Highly recommend.We are always able to get a prompt appointment. The location is convenient and the office welcoming.Maureen is professional and very nice. Great experience

Absolute terrible service! Had my Temporary ID so they told me to find my expired ID or wait for the new one and come back which was fine. But then i came back with my expired ID to go with the Temporary paper ID which makes it a valid proof of identification and they still denied me saying it wasn't valid and that their bank needs the new ID issue date, exp date etc. The paper Temporary ID has the new issue date, expiration date, and license/ID number on it which is what will come on the new ID in the mail. So they had everything they needed and still denied me and then called security on me and then locked me out and i literally did nothing to cause this type of treatment. My 12 year old daughter was with me the whole time. This is the 2nd wasted trip here. Disgusting, despicable, unprofessional, uninformed, rude, and just ridiculous.

We had our taxes done at the H&R Block in Silverdale, Wa this year. Oliver Brown did our taxes and he was 10 stars! He did an excellent job of explaining things and helping us out and he was super friendly. I highly recommend him!
