I was here shopping, and one of the items were damaged so I had asked if I could get a discount because the top of the container that I had purchased was damaged and she told me no why would I give you a discount when we're already a discounted store. The only time we give discount is if something is cracked and broken. so I went back to go look one more time to make sure that there wasn't another one and there was one on the ground which looked better so I asked if I could exchange these to MJ and she flicked her finger to go to the next register at me and then proceeded to talk about me to another customer because I had asked her to not talk to me or treat me that way as a customer. And she proceeded to tell the other customer about me saying that she will not treat a customer nicely if they're not nice when, I was clearly talking to her asking her if I could exchange an item because I found a better conditioned one. She is absolutely rude. I don't know if she's grouchy because it's 9 PM on a Sunday but definitely not how customer service should be. For her to be talking to another customer about me and the lack of disrespect is unbelievable and it’s happening in front of me. It is very sad that this lady MJ has no sense of customer service and friendly skills. She should not be working at an establishment like HomeGoods when she treats people this poorly.

This place fills up other stores' recycling AND trash cans with cardboard. These people throw away cardboard they hate the environment. Home goods? More like Home destroyer. I will never shop here again I will buisness elsewhere to chipotle because I know they properly care for others property and care about the environment did you know all their food is fresh daily and sourced locally unlike other food places you might eat at

This was my second visit to this store; my first impression wasn't that great. I went back because I was looking for a stainless steel pot and I remembered seeing some there. My second visit revealed some amazing deals. I found a much better pot then I would have expected for less then half retail price. Some of the iles do appear a bit disheveled but if you are willing to look great deals can be found. I did not ask any one but it appears that this place buys inventory that didn't sell at other stores.

Very therapeutic being in this store. Sometimes I go to browse but I end up buying stuff ?. Usually, what I buy from here I use. I look forward to their sales since certain items can be pricey.

I used to love shopping here. Idk what happened but they started stocking the store so there is no room to move. I went in ready to walk out with at least a cart full of Christmas stuff but ran out of there after the claustrophobia sat in. Get a bigger store or keep some of the stuff in the back. This is crazy!
