My only misgiving is that the overarching company stoped their diversity policies and it make me think the are super conservative and don’t care about people.”
“We had a very good experience at Lowe's today. They unfortunately are under staffed but everyone was very nice. There was a gentleman in self checkout that was extremely rude to a clerk who was obviously new and my husband told him to shut up! There is no reason to be rude and if you are that frustrated don't shop! You had a new job once and had to learn.......he obviously was thinking he'd get a percentage off, hopefully Lowe's told him to pound sand! Haha Kudo's today Lowe's!'!!!!”
“Refund department needs people that profile. Veterans are not homeless drug users and should be treated with understanding. If a worker cant tell the diffence between them and call a manger to override protocal then they need a differnet job.”
