“We had a very good experience at Lowe's today. They unfortunately are under staffed but everyone was very nice. There was a gentleman in self checkout that was extremely rude to a clerk who was obviously new and my husband told him to shut up! There is no reason to be rude and if you are that frustrated don't shop! You had a new job once and had to learn.......he obviously was thinking he'd get a percentage off, hopefully Lowe's told him to pound sand! Haha Kudo's today Lowe's!'!!!!”

“So glad they finally put one on Kitsap peninsula. The staff is always nice, the deals are always pretty decent, the store is usually but not always stocked. If you show up more than a few hours late after the start of a sale more than likely a majority of the items will be gone. The tools may be cheaper but not everything is a cheap quality. Just like everything else in life if you take care of it properly it'll last you long time. Make sure to get extended warranties on your items because you can return them anytime within the two year period, this will allow you to buy a relatively expensive tool that you only use once, maybe renting it out to some friends for some extra cash, and then taking it back to the store regardless of its condition. As long as it is returned within the warranties time frame, you can get your money back or double down on another tool, exchanging it for anything as long as it falls within the originals price range. No questions asked.”
