Stylist Natalie is so sweet and great with hair. Ask for her by name.However, the appointment and app system are terrible. If you want a haircut, either walk in and get ready for an hour and a half wait or make an appointment, and get ready for an hour wait. Not the stylist's fault, but still it needs to get fixed. The app system is a disaster. The reality of that app is that you make an appointment to wait in the store. Your current business model is doomed. You either need to fix the app or hire more stylists.We eventually got our haircut by a stylist named Natalie. Natalie did an amazing job and she really saved the day. If it wasn't for Natalie I would never return to Great clips.

I came in to return a product and commented that I wished my cut from the day before had gone shorter and they fixed it without any issues.. I had no idea I could do that, I would have saved myself some money.. I'd been in so many times til I got it right.. lolThe girls were wonderful, I appreciate them very much!!! ✨?

The hairdressers are very friendly, and professional, there clients come first. While my hairdresser was cutting my hair, the phone rang, and she was very kind to me by apologizing to go answer the phone to me she was being courteous and thoughtful all very professional. Thank you for having that kind of people working for your company.

Good place for a haircut in Silverdale. Usual wait time is less than a hour. Very friendly and professional staff. I used to go to Supercuts, but their schedule and quality have become completely unpredictable.

Great Clips as a company has the worst customer service ever. Used the online app to set My appointment said I had 93 minutes. Kept the app openn so I knew when. I need to leave to make my appointment. The app counted down to 31 minutes and then shifted immediately to 0, head of the line. I rushe, a 20 minute drive to make it to Great Clips in Silverdale. I made it into the parking lot and then my name disappeared from the queue and the ladies inside as I walk in the door said too bad you can wait 2 hours back of the line.

I have gotten my hair cut here two times. One great by a lady with the same hair style as me. Then this last time I was extremely disappointed. Even if I went back in to get it fixed. They would just have to shave it all the way down.Service: Haircut

Checked in online arrived 5 minutes before my haircut and they told me 30 minute wait. What's the point of online check in if I'm still going to wait 30 minutes when online it says I'm next? The haircut is fine if you have no other plans for the day otherwise go somewhere else.

I always get good results here, today Terry gave me one of the best haircuts I've had in my life! He was very patient and adjusted it multiple times until I thought it was perfect. I was worried about trying a radical new haircut, but it looks GREAT! 10/10Services: Hairstyling

First time visiting this location. Don't usually go to great clips, but was in town and only place that could get my 8 yr. Old daughter in for a haircut. Its about 11:45am or so, We get inside, no one greets us, doesn't ask us if we are needed help checking in online or how it even works. But they were all full when we got there, so I chalked it up to that. Then realized every customer that walked in after us was asked if they were checked in and greeted nicely ? Took 20 min for someone to see if we were checked in, I said yes and we waited another 40 min to get my daughters haircut. The stylist that cut my daughter's hair did a good job, cut it how I asked but was hacking and coughing all over the place in there ?. I figured whatever, my daughter is already being seen might as well get it done and never come back. Then when we go to pay, she charged us $22, but clearly on the sign it says $20 for children's haircuts 10 yrs and under ? needless to say I'm never going back there and was not happy with the customer service at all. I seen another review of a woman who took her daughter that came in to visit from college and was charged only $20 for haircut! I really try hard not to play the POC card, but it's times like those that really make me think negatively.Service: Haircut
