Sad to see my old #1 car care center fall so low in terms of service. Had this not been the third time this has happened recently, I would not have left a review of this caliber. However my most recent visit involved me scheduling a 2pm appointment for an oil change. As I am writing this it is now 429. This appointment (which I scheduled days ago) has taken 2 hours and 29 minutes and it is still not done yet. I feel I have to mention one more time, this is an oil change. Jiffy lube would have been done in 20 minutes. And as I mentioned, this is the third time that I have been waiting hours on end for simple maintenance items to get done in the past couple weeks. I don’t know why they let people schedule appointments just to tell them that they will “get to them when they can” when you show up. For anyone out there who thinks an appointment means anything or wants something taken care of in a timely fashion, I recommend you go elsewhere…. Final time to step out of Goodyear was 448pm.

Excellent and prompt service. Bought some new tires here in 2023, and one went flat a little over a year later. They took the tire in, and quickly determined it was a bad valve stem (it does happen). They prompty took care of it over 1 year later and had me on my way pretty fast. Great service.

This shop is where we are bringing nearly all our extended family's vehicles (4 out of 6 vehicles so far). They are super friendly, fast, and HONEST. They answer phones and have an open door during business hours - as they should, but there is another shop closer to us that doesn't. We go well out of our way to come to these guys. 10/10 recommend!

Gotta love a shop that verified my concerns and recommended no services at this time.
I drive a 2015 GTi with a laundry list of modifications, track time and fell in love with the Exhilerate tire. This set has not seen the track, only my lawful but spirited drive. My dealership notes a very low tread tire I had it verified and the dealer was either rounding down or not as honest. I will continue to adore the tire in all weather until the next set. I rotate track and a separate Exhilerate set for auto-x when racing in sanctioned areas, I enjoy it!
I also have family rolling around in a 2016 Mazda CX-9 with a few upgrades with Enforcers, I am extremely pleased with their lifespan and sporty but comfortable performance in all weather, stopping distance and turn in is very nice for Sport SUV.

After the experience I have recently had here, my rating should probably be lower, however, I have been coming here for quite some time now and cannot negate the work they have done for me. They have done wonderful on my tires and normally I haven’t had a problem with oil changes. January 30th I came in for an oil change. They had just hired some new people. I went on my way. A month later, my oil pressure light came on and my oil was dry! I took it back in, they said it was fixed, sent me back on my way. That was around the beginning of March. A couple weeks ago, I started noticing oil spots in my parking spot again. I thought nothing of it until I came up completely dry on my oil again. This time I took it to Valvoline who informed me my oil filter wasn’t even tight. My car could have been totaled twice since January. I called and talked to the front desk to inform them of this issue, the gentleman was very kind, but I want to make sure this doesn’t happen to anyone else as my entire family would have lost the only car we have right now. Thankfully we caught it in time. Please just double check your work.

The employees at Goodyear helped me get safely back on the road after I had a flat tire. Clark carefully explained my options and the prices for tires were lower than the local discount store. I appreciate their assistance and knowledge, they really go above and beyond.

Would NOT recommend this auto repair shop. Came for an simple oil change and the clerks never completed several of the complimentary inspection items. Told needed multiple repair items and when tried to schedule a few days later to complete those items, I attempted to use an online Goodyear service coupon which 20 minutes later was called back and told estimate was wrong and would now be over $300 more, even with discounted coupon. Took car to different garage and confirmed I did NOT need several of the repair items to be done. Basically lied to about needed repair items and experienced a bait and switch on estimate pricing. Would absolutely recommend going elsewhere and if this place gives you an estimate get a second opinion before doing any work!

Worst experience I’ve ever had while getting a simple oil change. Took over 2 hours when I had called multiple days ahead for a scheduled appointment time.The staff was completely unprofessional.One of the guys belittled his employees in the lobby where customers wait, while one tried to communicate to a different shop over the phone, he snatched a phone out of his hand and was being completely rude to everyone. At one point I heard the guy behind the counter tell an old lady that her “front rear tire had a nail in it”….They tried to sell me on over 800 dollars worth of unnecessary maintenance annd when I declined I was met with more rudeness, after a while of a wait the same rude guy finally came out to tell me my battery was dead, even though they had just moved my car to the parking lot. My car had never showed any signs of a dying battery previous to my car coming here. I questioned them on this and was met with rude remarks like I didn’t know what I was talking about. They continued to sit in my car while I watched and it was running for atleast 10 minutes before I went and approached the guy and told him to please get out of my car and that my battery was not dead, which the guy inside had just told me. I sensed they were lying to me and they back tracked on all their previous statements. I payed for my oil change and told the man I wanted my keys to he replied to me “I’m working on it calm down”… while my keys were in his hand. The front end management has no idea what they are doing, what they are saying, or how to effectively speak to their customers. Note that if you’re a women alone in this establishment, do not let your guard down, they will 100% try and over sell you on things you don’t need and try and make you feel stupid.I’d also like to note that when I left my car with this crew and then got back in my car after the whole 2 hour wait, my iPod (which is connected and only plays songs when the car is on) had played through 17 songs in my car, which means they had my car on or partially on for at-least an hour, very much potential to drain a perfectly good battery….do not trust this establishment. I let them know my thoughts and feelings about the whole situation and got the hell out of there.

Just recently I went in to get my tires replaced, power steering fluid exchange service, and a wheel alignment. Clark Landis called me and said I had an appointment on the day I didn't request, he called twice making the same mistake. Tire replacement went well but clark never did ask if i wanted coverage or a warranty for the tires, and a second appointment was scheduled. Where I work we are big into having integrity, if we make a mistake we own up to it. I go into my second appointment, and it took longer than the 2 hours Clark said it would take. The tech. Kevin Isberg-ponce struggled parking my SUV, I got into my vehicle and backed out and immediately noticed my new tires were making a weird noise. I called immediately for another appointment the next day. Kevin took my tire back and tried repairing it. he didnt have the integrity to fess up to his mistake, and even said it was a long tool that got in my tire. The older gentlemen with horrible customer service skills misplaced my keys and blamed me for not giving him the keys, he also forgot to do paper work for another customer holding up her work. Another customer had to wait over two hours for their tire rotation, they were on the phone with someone about it. I paid for an extra tire I shouldnt have had to pay. there is no integrity at this goodyear in silverdale.

Picked up a huge bolt in the rear tire on a Sunday. Clark my service advisor got me in within two hours and the technician had me fixed up and on the road in under an hour! These guys are located in Silverdale proper, and were fast and professional. Definitely recommend!

Clark Landis is a great customer advisor. I am always scheduled for a service immediately and service is always professional. The last time, I went for a flat tire repair. I had not bought my tires from them. They took me immediately and repaired my tire for free just because I am a customer for other services! I got my car running in an hour. What a customer service! Thank you Clark and all staff!

Beware the online reservation system. Apparently it's glitchy. I made a reservation online but when I got there it wasn't in there system. I had to come back the next day. While I was there the next day the guy behind me in line had the same thing happen to him. Better to call directly.Otherwise, good service for a decent price.
