I was having trouble choosing flooring for my home. I needed to give my contractor a color. After going back and forth from store to store we got the best service ever from Ronnie in flooring. He was patient and most helpful. If you are considering flooring see Ronnie.

I would much rather shop at Home Depot than Lowes. However, the thing that gets to me more than anything is the trailer parking, or lack of. They have trailer parking but they don't in force it. Meaning, people park there without a trailer which keeps a person with a trailer from parking there and HD says nothing to them. HD, please start inforcing the trailer parking, please!

I was here on 8/25/2022 looking for parts to make a pond filter out of. I needed PVC pipe and fittings and other stuff. I wasn't sure how I was going to make it all work but I was trying. I had to ask for help on my project so I asked Skip if he could help me. He came down from his ladder and said what I was asking for was a piece of cake. He showed me the pieces I needed and went outside for a 10' PVC pipe. While he was helping me, he also answered several other customers questions. Skip you're a 10 so helpful and great attitude and sense of humor. Thanks so much...

Silverdale is better than most Depot stores and I've been to alot.most reviews are full of drama and look for attention and love ranting, peoples reviews guarantee are all mostly major rants and rarely give positive reviews.our culture is ALL about attention.Yall think lowes is any better hahaha.Lowes hires second rate employees and hire those who got fired from Depot!!!

We have had a horrible experience with your flooring department at the Home Depot in Silverdale, Washington. We had our home measured and we purchased our quote. We told the Home Depot staff we did not want the quarter round included as we were removing our own moulding and going to be replacing it. It took my husband 3 tries to get them to properly remove the quarter round from our order. That was my husband calling multiple times and going into the store. Then the contractor calls us and tells us that Home Depot has no transitions in our order, so he had to call to add the transitions back to our order. That someone in your flooring department removed. Today, Home Depot installers came to our home and they said our stairs were not included in their work order. I contacted the Home Depot Quote service and she said that our stairs were measured and added to the quote. But it looks like someone at the Silverdale Home Depot removed them from our order. So now we have no flooring being replaced on our stairs!! We specifically told Wanda that we wanted the stairs included in our installation! They were measured and added to our original order. This is ridiculous and completely unprofessional. We had to remove the old carpet from the home we just purchased because my son is an Asthamtic. The previous home owners had cats and it is giving my son Asthma attacks. I regret we ever went through Home Depot! I can't believe how awful this whole experience has been. We will never use Home Depot again after this experience and will tell all of our friends and family to avoid it as well!

Clean, well stocked. Very, very few empty selves or missing items. Asked for help to get something of the top the rack and got it in under 5 minutes!!

You're damned if you're trying to reach anyone via phone in that place. Be prepared for the phone to ring for 10 minutes before anyone bothers to answer the phone. Then they will "transfer" you 4x to get you to appliances or whatever dept. you need. But they never answer the phone there either. so they keep trying to transfer you. Eventually, you give up and just go to Lowe's. Horrible. Also, they say their military discount sometimes doesn't work. What? How is that possible? That makes no sense. Either it does or it doesn't. Lost a customer.

I just want to thank Dave S. This morning. Who very patiently helped my husband with supplies to repair a pipe problem in our home. It was amazing how Dave listened and viewed photos of our problem and went right to the parts needed to repair the problem.

The best one in Washington so far, in comparison, the Federal Way Home Depot is a little rough around the edges but this Home Depot is on point, 10 out of 10

Had to wait a while for customer service to help me access power tools. Was not pleased. However when I was assisted they expressed sympathy, assisted me as best as they could, and made up for it.

When ordering online be careful you don't order something they don't normally carry such as small appliances. I wanted a Hamilton Beach FlexBrew coffee machine and found the best price on Homedepot.com. I was given the option to pick it up at the store on 1/20, or have it delivered to my home on 1/15. Getting it 5 days earlier, I opted for delivery to home and was assured I'd be getting an email when it's shipped. This was on 1/1; 12 days later, after no news I called only to find there was no notice in my record other than my order! The customer service person I talked to started a claim and said I'd either get a phone call or an email within 24 hours. The next afternoon I received a notice that it has been shipped and now my estimated arrival date has been changed from the 15th to the 20th! Since I waited so long to contact them (I was allowing for the problems due to Covid-19) I cannot get a refund. So now I'm waiting for the machine to show up on the 20th; if it doesn't, I'm heading directly to the store - I WILL get a refund! So, bottom line, don't order anything this store normally does not carry. You may be sorry.

Customer service is lacking at this location. I had arrived at the location and pulled into a curbside pick-up spot sandwiched between 2 cars, one of which was parked at an angle. I was trying to watch to ensure I did not hit them and missed the sign's instruction. I called into the store to let them know I had arrived and asked who I should talk to. She rudely told me they have instructions on the signs in the parking spot. Excellent customer service would have been to say, "I can help you." I Parked into another stall and went into the store for my purchase. I did notify the manager and he said it would be taken care of. My husband and neighbor have had several incidents of rude employees and employees not wanting to help you find an item. I was inquiring about flooring. I was curious to see how Home Depot compared to other local retailers and most know if they can beat a competitor. Upon asking the flooring guy, he rudely told me he does not show around other stores. Point is, these customer service people need to know how to respond if they do not know an answer. The proper answer would have been, "I'm sorry, I am not familiar with the local prices." On top of it, the mask makes it hard to see their expression, so it is important to sound presentable. Perhaps they also need to get in the game and know how their competitors are doing to be more competitive and/or marketable. Lastly, it is hard to find someone to help you. I had gone in for a water heater. I had to ask the appliance person if someone could help me. She did not have anyone to help and mentioned that I could call the Home Depot Installation line and they could help me order one. I will be shopping at Lowes.
