Took my car in to get a certain hose fixed. They did not have the correct hose so instead of them telling me they used their hose and spliced it to fit over said hose that needed to be there. I drove it for a few months and all my fluids leaked out because of them. They are worthless and they need training. WILL NOT BE GOING THERE EVER AGAIN!!! DME MECHANIC WAS MY HERO AND SAVED MY CAR AND FIXED FIRESTONES MESS.

Honestly, the most disrespectful scam artist I have ever seen. It started with trying to upcharge the free brake inspection to a full body inspection. I had to referance the website for them to continue with the brake inspection. I was quoted $1600 for an entire brake rotor, caliper, pads replacement in the front. It was clearly leaking from the bleeder nipple drivers side. I let the sales representative tell me his little bla bla story on how its unsafe and it must all be replaced. Went home and tightened the nipple another half turn, brake cleaner wiped down. No leaks, been a few days. Will likely never come back to Firestone and feel its in my best interest to warn others with a 1 star review on google. Thank you for allowing me to have my voice heard here.

both guys at the front desk were friendly and helpful. They were understanding and worked with my schedule. My vehicle was done pretty quick and I was able to pick it up the next day.

My tires are doing amazing! Great customer service, they don’t make you feel stupid. Just got 2 new tires with a rotation. It was an all day process, so prepare to drop off your car and wait around or go pet seagulls for awhile. Very happy and will be coming back in the future.

Good service. Answer all your questions. Admit when they make a mistake. Explain in terms you can understand. Reasonably priced, if you can say that about anything in the PNW.

Said they could not do the lifetime alignment because the bolts were frozen. They wanted $775 to replace the bolts. Took it to Les Schwab. They had no problem doing the alignment. They didn’t even mention froze bolts. Firestone just lost a decade long customer with two vehicles.

STAY AWAYfrom these guys. Had a flat, inflated it with fix a flat and drove it to Firestone in Silverdale. After front counter con men got my vehicle info(toyota tacoma) they tried to talk me into a oil change. (Not needed for 2000miles). I declined that and advised them I used "fix a flat " to inflate the tire. The con men looked at each other and advised me the fluid in fix a flat is really aggressive and they will have to replace the tire. I drove to university place/tacoma and freeway speed and had it fixed there. I advised the shell station what Firestone stated and they just shook their heads. My neighbor said the place has a reputation for con jobs. Especially elderly people and women.

I have dealt with this location for almost two years. I've been very pleased. They have had some staff turnover of late which can be an issue but I was pleased generally in the past with all individuals I've worked with there. On this visit the manager & counterman were top notch and did an excellent job. A neighbor of mine who is a close friend took me to pick up my vehicle (store is not close to where I live). a 35 minute drive one way. He has a similar vehicle needing work and I suggested he consider this location. A former long time field service professional now retired he gave them a fairly thorough look over on this errand and ended up making an appointment to take his truck in for an inspection and will likely have it done there. Prices have come up somewhat and an issue for myself. I related an experience I had with a reward card of theirs in the past and the counter person said it was unfortunate but did notice I had not got my military discount. He made that adjustment but could not help on the card issue. I was very pleased since my vehicle was disabled and required a tow late the prior day. Working at a remote job site again the next day I was surprised to see their manager had emailed me about my vehicles repair progress when I turned my computer on I called him for details about 9am & he had a price for me worked up. His explanation was good & I said GO! Later about 2pm he called to tell me it was completed. A big attaboy to Firestone for getting me and my truck back on the road. Thanks, Old Bob

I went today and was told it may take a "couple minutes" to get my car into the bay. I was to get my brakes checked and was prepared to get a multi service maintenance work for another day. An hour past my appointment and my car still hadn't been touched yet. After checking with the front desk, he plainly states that there was only 1 service tech in right now, as if I needed to accommodate their lack of employees on a Monday evening. I can understand being short staffed, but that's something that should've been made clear from the start. Instead, I reminded him that he said it would only been "minutes". I immediately canceled my work order, remained courteous and the guy just types away for another 5 minutes, hands me my keys and just goes "here ya go, boss." No apologies, and no empathy for having wasted an hour of my time. As someone who has worked customer service most of my life, and as a business owner myself, I couldn't believe the type of service I got from that guy. I asked for his name, he pretended not to hear me. They've lost my business, and it's hard to come back from that first impression.

Scam artists, money hungry peopleAsked for an oil change and a maintenance report of the cars healt. They pretty much asked me if I even got maintenance before. Said structs were leaking, dirty belt and more. Gave me a list of items that would cost the amount of 1/5 of the vehicle to fix. Got a second opinion, they found nothing on the list. Don't go here. They will take advantage of you. You would think the franchise is creditable, don't trust anything they say.

Took my car in for an audibly hissing tire leak. They said it was fixable, and finished quickly. Cost $30. No more hissing, and full of air. Checked on it during a break later in the day, and it was nearly flat. Took it to Les Schwab instead where they’ll fix it for free. Flushed 30 bucks for that lesson learned. Second star because at least I wasn’t late for work.

$752.46 to change a tensioner and a belt !!! WHAT !!! Voltage kept dropping and replaced. The issue persisted they claim its electrical but I pulled the fuse that runs the entire audio system. It's obviously not that. They say it's an alternator and expecting me to pay additional couple hundred dollars. Even as courtesy the won't switch out my stock alternator because it's not their parts. SERIOUSLY ??? These people are a comple absolute rip-off. Do not take your car there that will leave you hanging. I now have to go to another mechanic to change out the alternator.

Unfortunately I have to give 1 star. Had 3 tires replaced there within the last 7 months, all 3 of which are now being replaced again by Les Schwab. All tires had less then 2,000 miles on them, should be no reason why they all went out. Buyers beware, not sure if I was intentionally scammed or if it was an honest mistake or a freak accident but I advise to get your car serviced elsewhere. Plus Les Schwab is charging me way less money.
