DeDe was absolutely wonderful! She greeted me once I walked in the door. She asked how she can help. (Technology is not my friend) From beginning to end she was absolutely so fantastic to work with. She didn't make me feel dumb that Technology and I don't get alone. Walked me thru every step. And then even rung me out at the end. She was just a blessing. Thank you! Make sure to keep her!

I was not the most important person in the store manager Jerry's day. First he was too busy yelling at some other customer on the phone about shipping box quality for several minutes instead of just stating the policy & that he had waiting customers at his counter & ended the conversation. Instead, he left me in the middle of printing labels for me, to answer the phone and deal with his aggressive customer escalation situation without having another employee to take over or to deal with the customer escalation. He was theb very argumentitibe about the way I emailed him shipping labels, because they were screenshots provided by my company, but then still found a way to print them all of a sudden. It seems like Jerry's skill with being able to pack and ship is great, but I'm not certain why he's in a management role since he doesn't seem to have much in the way of customer service skills. And doesn't seem to understand how to deal with customer confrontation, where he should simply refer to policy instead of demanding that they adhere to the way that is best for FedEx.

Today was the first time I ever used FedEx as a shipping service. I needed some help on pretty much everything to get my item shipped to New York. Jerry helped me with everything! From the right box to the label. Fast, friendly and helpful! I will definitely be coming back. I'm all about customer service. Jerry delivered that and more! Thanks for the quick and friendly service!

Horrible service and ethic for their community. Trying to cancel a small business when you’re a whole organization is shameful. And the lady who was outside on Sunday who instigated and screamed at people in front of the store in uniform shame on you too.

As as OLD techno dinosaur, I went to the shipping center today needing to print out some documents that I couldn’t get formatted or transferred to something the printer would recognize. A great young man; Manny, was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable, in very little time we had it all done. Thanks Manny! I tried to leave money for you, but was told it was against company policy.

My experience at the Silverdale FedEx, and the help of Chris and Jerry, far exceeded my expectations. I recently moved from Ohio to Washington, and this year, decided to make homemade Christmas cookies to send to my loved ones. This is my first time doing this in many years and I wasn't sure of how to package them, so I decided to go into a shipping place to get the help of an associate on packing them, and then shipping them. Well, on 12/22, I initially went to the Silverdale USPS to package and ship the cookies and had such a poor customer service experience, feeling that the associate felt like my questions were a burden and that I was weird for not having them packaged already, that I left and cried in my car. I didn't want to give up on sending out the cookies, so I decided to give FedEx a try. As soon as I entered the Silverdale FedEx, I felt like I was in such a positive environment. I approached the counter with my two bags full of 8 cookie tins and was helped by a gentleman named Chris in figuring out how to package them. He took me over to the area with the boxes, and offered two options to try, and he also told me that FedEx offered paper to stuff into the boxes so the tins wouldn't move around. Once we selected the right boxes, he took them over to the counter and politely told me that he would take my cookie tins to the back counter to package them, and I could step off to the side while he did that and we would process the shipping as soon as he was done, ensuring that I wouldn't have to get back in line. I thought the way he spoke to me, and helped me, was so lovely - he is amazing at customer service. He never once made me feel like a burden. During the time he was packaging my cookie tins, he was approached/interacted with several other staff and also interacted with them in a lovely way - he spoke with another customer service staff member named DeDe about how they could rectify a customer who had called with an issue and gave thoughtful recommendations and said that his recommendation was to make sure the customer felt heard and had expert help in finding their package; he also interacted with a few guys who seemed to work in delivery and was very approachable and nice about the way he interacted with them. It seems like he truly sees value in the work he's doing, helping people. While Chris was halfway done packaging my cookie tins, he asked another team member, Jerry, if he could start helping me with the shipping portion of my needs. So, Jerry worked with me at the counter. I provided him with a list of addresses of where I was sending the packages, but each of my packages had a post-it note with the name of who I wanted to send it to - and some didn't quite match, like the post-it would say 'Joe's family', but on the list of addresses I labeled their address as 'The Fam'. I didn't realize I did that (not writing the same names on the post-its), so, Jerry had to work with me to make sure he would match the right label to the right package, and also make sure how I wanted the name on the package. His customer service was stellar! I realize this could have been frustrating, but he never once made me feel like a burden, and made me feel like he really wanted to help me. During the interaction, Chris, Jerry and DeDe (who was at the register next to Jerry), made small talk and made me feel like it was nice that I was sending out cookies to my family and friends. This experience was like night and day compared with my experience with USPS. It made me feel so much better after crying in my car after the USPS experience. I cannot recommend the Silverdale FedEx enough, and believe that Chris, Jerry and DeDe deserve to commended for the atmosphere and customer service experience they create. They turned my day around, and I'm so grateful.

This is a hard review for me, because I have always loved our local services. Because there were two few employees to handle the volume of needs, the services have been compromised.

Most useless corprate experience ever! FedEx couldn't deliver my package (easy to find address on Goggle maps), sent it back (to the house across the street) Then could not print a label to reship! You now have been warned about this clueless operation.
