Yesterday was our second time at the Silverdale store and I have to say that both times were great. Jerry helped us yesterday and we can't say enough nice things about him. He explained everything he was going to do to pack our items safely. Cost was better than USPS and FedEx did all the packing. I wish we could remember the lady's name that helped us the first time there as she was just as helpful. Plan on another trip to this store today to ship a few more items.

Super disappointed with the repeated terrible customer service at this location. Yesterday I was "helped" by Shawn (female), she was rude and seems to dislike her job. As I approached the counter with my package, I smiled and she frowned and angrily says "What's in the box?" I explained that the postage was all set I just need it shipped. She raised her voice "WHAAT is in the BOX!" I almost walked out but I needed her to accept it so I let her know it was a dress. One of the younger male employees witnessed this. I will not be using this location again. No hello or thank you, poor customer service.

Little bit slow....very nice employee, but no one was hurrying to help the next customer. Also, when I did finally get waited on, he then left me in the middle of my transaction to help someone else, who just walked in! I found that to be kinda rude....

Jlynn went above and beyond. I was a bit of a nervous wreck about a presentation I have tomorrow and they were super professional, caring, and helped me take my presentation packet to the next level. I’m so grateful they listened to me and helped me.

This is a hard review for me, because I have always loved our local services. Because there were two few employees to handle the volume of needs, the services have been compromised.

The manager was Rude and completely did not like his job he treated all of us in there poorly it was early so I am not sure what caused his bad mood and thinking of us with no respect I will never go back the first time I went I got a sweet blonde lady who bent over backwards for us she needs to be the manager that old cranky man needs to retire

The local office was helpful but since my interaction with them the rest of FEDEX has been horrible! I called the Manila office yesterday to complain about not getting my package and was told to show the payment receipt(paid four days earlier) to FEDEX folks in the local office in Cagayan De Oro and we could get it delivered. When my Wife did that, they would not believe her and refused to give her the package, stating they needed confirmation from the Manila office. I called again to the Manila office which was now closed. I have sent the receipt or payment from the website FEDEX directed me to pay several times to several different folks in the Manila office and I followed their directions as required. I paid on the 24th of Jan. and it is now the 28th and still FEDEX cannot validate that they have received my payment, I have even sent a copy from my credit card account showing payment. I honestly do not know what I must do for FEDEX to do their job and deliver the package that was supposed to be delivered on the 19th of Jan. To have now paid over a $1000 in delivery fees and still no resolution after working with them for the last 16 days is extremely frustrating. AVOID FEDEX at all cost, save yourself your money and use ANYONE ELSE!

This place is a scam ! They wanted to charge me $100 dollars to print flash cards. I couldn't use my own index cards and had to buy their paper and have them cut it. How does your $10,000 printer not take 3x5 cards but my $100 can. I will never go back to these rude ignorant people.
