Just had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a store. Came into the store to buy my daughter a bicycle. She’s been looking at for months. There was nobody in sight. Nobody at the cash register. No way to get help. There were no boxes of other bikes, so my husband proceeded to take the bike to the cash register at the other side of the store. A worker saw him, and he even waved and said hello. And then she decided to follow him, thinking he was going to steal the bike. My husband felt very profiled. He has a lot of tattoos. And the manager actually took the bike from him and disappeared in the back. I really wish we would’ve been treated better as customers. Really sad to feel that way when all you wanted to do is buy a bike for your daughter on her birthday. I even had a very disrespectful encounter with the employee that took the bike his lack of humility, and customer service was simply a palling. This is probably the last time I will ever shop at Dick’s.

Asked a guy to get into dressing room. He just got out of it looked at me while I asked then walked away from me with total disrespect. I raised my voice hello still didn’t feel like turning around and saying he had a call to answer. Called out for him again where there’s no way he couldn’t hear me. That’s probably the most disrespect I’ve gotten going shopping. Long haired heavy set young kid.

Visited on a Sunday to check out new golf clubs. The store would not support or allow customers to hit any clubs without a golf tech on staff. Golf techs only work M-F from 9-5. Why would anyone who has a job take a day off to support their hours. Spoke with manager and he said this decision to staff weekends is not made at his level. Bad business model.

Moose in the shoe department. A+. Very helpful. Deserves a raise. I don’t know how much he is getting paid but it is not enough and you should probably be paying him more. Made buying shoes fun instead of a burden. Thanks Moose.

Says they close at 6pm, guy stood at the door and sent 8 people away at 5:45pm saying they were closed.

went here with my sister to pick up a basketball hoop she purchased the other day for here husband. It had gone on sell since, so they actually reimbursed her the price difference. They were all very nice and helpful.

What a difference a day makes. On the 3rd of July, I walked by six different employees around 6 pm looking around and I did not get a greeting or May I help you. Then the cashier I think was AI. Zero communication skills just answered and asked a couple questions like playing Oregon Trail on a Commodore 64. The good note, the store was clean and had what I needed in stock.On the 4th of July, around 9:30AM, the young lady behind the counter was engaged in conversation and did a good job communicating and having fun while working.
