Went to Costco in Silverdale, WA to have my hearing tested. Chantelle was the audiologist that did the test and evaluation. She's fantastic! She's so competent and calming. After a few weeks, I went back to pick the aids up. She carefully explained everything and what to expect! I love my hearing aids! They're the best and so easy to use! Chantelle made the experience so easy and positive. I recommend her whole heartedly! Thanks, Chantelle!

Chantelle and Hannah were amazing! They were very knowledgeable on hearing tests and products, and explaining the different products to me and my husband. They provided a much more thorough & comprehensive hearing test than my original hearing test than a local Audiologist's office that I had just gone to. Chantelle was very detailed in explaining the results of the test to us, and then explaining the difference in the aids to us, and why which one would be better over the other for different types of hearing loss. They were excellent, and I would highly recommend them.

doesn't accept American Express even though they are one of the biggest companies in American and have the money to pay for the small extra charge for it i could barely pay for it since I'm in the military and am supporting a four people family but why would Costco pay any attention to the military people

Scott in electronics is your guy! This guy is a customer service superstar! He helped me buy a laptop today and was super knowledgeable and helpful. We always have good experiences at Costco - but today was over the top excellent.

There was a crazy number of people in the Silverdale Costco today, but our visit went very smoothly and pleasantly. Getting ice cream after shopping was the best part. The food court was very busy, but the workers were so fast and polite. The ordering system is done on kiosks, then you wait for your number to be called. It's so efficient, and the air-conditioning was wonderful since it was ungodly hot outside. I'm from a much less populated area, so the crowds were a little shocking to me, but the employees kept everything moving. They all did an amazing job.

I'm fed up with Costco Silverdale Pharmacy!! It's ALWAYS something. I'm type 1 diabetic and somehow they manage to be out of the Insulin I need, the sensors I need or they do t run my meds through my insurance and try to get me to pay $600 dollars for insulin. The latest is ordering 6 boxes of glucose sensors and wanting me to pay $225.00 for them! This is complete BS! I'm over it!

24 year Costco member and I'm so done with maskless customers at the Silverdale Costco. Idiots walking around like it's 2019. Last Saturday about an hour before close was the worst. Family of 4 cruising every single aisle maskless. Other genius Karens doing the same. There is a very active discussion about Silverdale Costco's zero mask enforcement on a neighboring community page. Costco is getting seriously dragged for this. We do have a state mask mandate don't we? A Costco employee recently shared that the mandate can not be enforced if a member claims they aren't able to wear a mask for medical reasons. I'm sorry, if I couldn't wear a mask for medical reasons I'd sit my a** home.

Recently we had the pleasure of purchasing a set of new truck tires from Costco in Silverdale, WA. The customer service was phenomenal! And we mean that sincerely. We ordered a set of tires several weeks before we would need them for travel. Due somewhat to Covid we suppose, but mostly due to the extremely poor service of FedEx in Tacoma, the tires took weeks to arrive. Each time the service manager would call FedEx inquiring about the tires, they would still be sitting at FedEx in Tacoma or on a delivery truck which never seemed to arrive. This went on for weeks. Eventually the manager requested assistance from the Regional Manager to help solve the problem. The service manager received permission to purchase two other similar sets of tires which were picked up from two different locations. That way no matter what we would have a new set of truck tires by the deadline. The day of our appointment, the original tires finally arrived. We received the exact tires we wanted and possibly the best customer service we've ever seen! Thank you very much!

*COSTCO TIRE CENTER REVIEW* I had a flat tire and went to Costco Tire Center today and the front desk technician, Justin was really friendly and very professional and pleasant. He was able to order me new tires and set up an appt for the tire installation all within a short time. He also told me to pull around to the back to get my air pressure and wheel lugs checked since I put on the spare by myself. I think Costco did a great job hiring him and his team for the superior professionalism shown and it made me feel very taken care of.

I love this Costco!!! I go there probably twice a week. 9 out of 10 times I get great customer service. I love that they have installed the self checkout for when I have just a few things. However, there is a female team member with braided hair not sure what her name is who is not the best at taking care of the customer. I thought the first time was a one off until I went back in today. I went in for water and dog food. My husband is a contractor so I usually buy a few cases of water for the house and the work vans. I understand with covid they are putting limits on things. I searched the entire water area for a sign with the limit. Couldn't find one so I didn't want to be greedy I just grabbed what the limit was last time I was in 3. I went to cash out at self checkout. Instead of helping me ring up the water she took one of them and said " the limit is two" OK? So I'm happy to follow the rules how about help ring up the water with your little gun and then take the other one? I tried to let her know that there were no signs this time she didn't listen. She was to busy being upset that I had to many waters. Costco I will say she just isn't very friendly and not your usual extraordinary players. It's her body language and delivery. Sorry to have put her out this round. I will avoid the self checkout when she is there. It's easy to be kind. With everything going on there is going to be confusion and mishaps. Maybe she needs to be retrained or in a different less aggravating position for her. Won't stop me from frequenting as I do LOVE COSTCO!!! Just thought you should know.

This Costco is laid out a bit differently than other Costcos I've been to, but it still has everything! Also, samples were there when I went yesterday, it was great! Costco is awesome, cheap prices for items in bulk, lots of variety to pick from, produce is fresh, monthly discounts on items as well. The food court is great and so is the gas station!

The fact that fake service animals are in the store almost every time I go there GROSSES me out!!! Only REAL/VETTED service animals should be allowed! Any animal with an Amazon vest isn't a REAL service animal, if they are barking or growling it's not a real service dog. This isn't Home Depot, this is Costco and I don't need dog hair in my food thanks!

Samples are back! Table seating in the food court is available again. Just an FYI, food court only takes Visa/debit cards at their kiosk. No cash and no ordering at the counter. Kiosk is fast and easy to use! Employees there will help if you need or have a special request. Be patient-- their ice cream machine can be very slow. Friendly, hardworking staff.
