We called to verify an RV was in stock from the listing on the website that we were ready to purchase today and was told it was here and they’d put a hold on it. We drove an hour and 15 minutes to find out it’s “in transit” but we could look at the 2025 model. 2.5 hours wasted and we won’t shop RV world again.

I have only high praise for camping world in Silverdale. They stuck with a persistent problem until it was solved. They were respectful of my concerns and kept me updated on their progress. I will not hesitate to return when it’s time for maintenance or any other issues.

Awful experience with the service department. My trailer came back in worse condition than when I dropped it off. I felt there was very little care put into how my trailer came back to me. I will never take my trailer back to them.

Very disappointed in the service we received from this service department. We spent several thousand dollars on a repair that was halfway done and left a mess. When I called realizing that actual parts were never even put back they offered to have me drive the hour and half back so they can "use scrap parts" to fix it. I am unable to bring it back to the dealership for at least a month because my husband is on a work trip so we don't have a truck to get it back there... so we just have to deal with the parts not being there and make the drive spending time and money to have them fix their mistake.

Had issues with our King tailgater pro. Sales person Bill referred us to manager Laura Zartman who took care of warranty. Pleasure to deal with and whose main concern was getting the customer back on the road. Thanks Laura and Bill.

This is for all of Camping world. Got the email 6-13 and seen the Blackstone RV Bundle listed on sale for 219.97. Stopped in at Silverdale and was there for over 45 minutes and they couldn't figure out how to sell it to me. Told me to come back this morning. So I show up this morning and the lady there said it was for in store only and they didn't have it so there is nothing they could do. Told me to call the 800 number and she was done trying to help. I was on the phone over an hour and was basically told camping world wasn't going to honor what their flyer said. Never before have I had this much trouble to get something that was advertised. Camping World just lost a customer for life. Not like they are hurting for sales. I am going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau now. So let this be a warning for those that get their flyers. Don't expect to get what they advertise.

I visited Camping World in Silverdale Washington and I was blown away by the amazing inventory. As a proud former owner of a Winnebago bunk house travel trailer I wanted to see what I could possibly get my hands on this summer. Even though I couldn't make up my mind, I felt no pressure from the sales staff. There were amazing deals that they were ready to work with me on, but like I said, I just couldn't decide. I worked with Wes Buck. He was amazing ?

Today we met Angela at Camping world. She was great at helping us find everything we needed for our boat. She has a lot of experience dealing with different issues on boats and rv’s. We joined the Good Sam membership and got a terrific book with campsite info across the nation. Go see Angela if you want someone who will take the time to explain about their products and get referrals for anything they don’t carry!
