I have a monthly plan and I'm very happy with this brand of car wash. The staff are friendly and attentive. With all the cameras and sensors on cars, it's so important to keep the car clean!

I brought in a car that hadn’t been kept in a garage and hadn’t been washed in a couple of years. The staff offered unlimited trips through the wash until all the gunk was gone. I really appreciated that.

LIZA(manager) of the Silverdale BB , went over and above in dealing with and actually fixing(rubbing out) a long rubber like marking on my BMW X3.I had just had my car washed at Brown Bear this morning and thought it might have occurred at the car wash. She very professionally handled the issue and looked at their camera and determined the lond marking was not on the car going in or out. She determined and I concurred that BB was not responsible .Liza nevertheless said she would buff and rub it off...which she did right away and my car looks great.And did I mention...FOR FREE!As it turns out my wife was the culprit and swiped my car side with her car's passenger side mirror!!Kudos in the highest to Liza and Brown Bear for her above and beyond effort which is why I have been a long time customer and monthly car wash program member.Brown Bear and Liza really do care about my car as much as I do! Very nice staff! Always willing to give you a air freshener and all you have to do is ask and they are more than happy yo give you one !! The manager Trish, super nice! Have fun going through the car wash!
