I pre-ordered a game a couple months ago and am expecting it tomorrow. Turns out best buy cancelled my order and never informed me. I only found out when I checked the status to verify it was coming tomorrow to see it was cancelled Feb 5th with no notification. Apparently, there are a lot of people who had the same issue.

I had such a great customer service experience at this Best Buy. For weeks, I'd been going back and forth with a Geek Squad at a different location and Apple to try to resolve an issue with a MacBook I'd bought through the Best Buy Open Box program that hadn't been properly deactivated before I purchased it.I recently moved to the area and decided I would try to get help for this issue in store one last time - the general manager, Rob, resolved the issue that I'd been having for weeks in fifteen minutes. He immediately got the frustration that I was experiencing and made the situation right. He had trouble processing the return in the regular way, but instead of just sending me away like the other store had, he made sure I got the right in-store credit so I could get a new laptop that day of equivalent value and was so helpful in resolving a situation that had been causing me so much stress. I can't express my gratitude enough for his kindness and professionalism in helping me resolve an unexpected issue!

Never enough employees, especially those wanting or willing to help. Waited 30ish minutes and left without making a purchase, no one even acknowledged I was there, even when I tried finding help.

Best buy recycles lithium ion batteries, says right on their website. Now at the silverdale Washington store, they turned away an entire bag of watch batteries, Galaxy Note 9, rechargeable headphone, a Dyson rechargeable battery that specifically says lithium ion 20 right on it. The entire grocery bag of lithium ion batteries is clean, not leaking, and weighs a total of less than 2 pounds. The store doesn't follow Best buys policy on recycle, which kind of makes me worry about what other policies they may or may not feel like following

My wife went to Best Buy to purchase a gift for my birthday. I am professional photographer. The sales staff convinced her to spend $3000 on the most expensive drone they had in order to suit my needs. They then encouraged her sign up for a credit card to cover the cost. I returned the product the same day I received it, factory-sealed, but they refused to refund her. In-store credit is the 'best they could do' along with hitting her with $60 in 'service fees'. This is certain to be a time and money wasting nightmare trying to resolve. If you enjoy predatory sales staff and worthless customer service policy, go ahead and shop at Best Buy. Otherwise take your business elsewhere.

Best service ever. I had to have a dash cam (front and back camera) installed and Tim, their auto technician, went above and beyond in the installation for a very affordable price. He is BRILLIANT!!! I am so incredibly happy (my van was not easy either because it's a large Promaster). I'm now planning to have my radio updated by Best Buy because I am extremely pleased with their services and prices. I recommend them to everyone!!

Predatory sales staff and worthless customer service. My wife has a hard time speaking English, so they decided to take her for $3500. She mistakenly bought the wrong item as a gift. It was immediiately returned and in original packaging but they refused. Talking to these people (if you can talk to a human at all) is like talking to a rock. Now will be in court wasting a lot of time to get the money back. Do not shop there. There are much better options.
