I’m very pleased with my experience at the geek squad counter. I had forgotten I needed to schedule an appointment. I live pretty far from the nearest Best Buy. Hannah was kind enough to squeeze me in with a full reservation list. She was very kind professional and knowledgeable. She handled everything flawlessly.

I haven't been to a Best Buy in quite some time but I was shocked to see how little staffing there was in this store. If I didn't want any helpful advice I could have just bought What I needed on Amazon.

Love the pricing, love the 12 months same as cash financing, love the online ordering for pickup in store. The kids working there are friendly and helpful. I've bought several drones and televisions here as well as sound bars. During covid I bought a 60 inch with curbside pickup. Got it home and hung out on the wall, turned it on and the screen was smashed. Several large cracks from top to bottom that weren't visible until it was turned on. Exchanged it same day, opened up the next one and the screen was also smashed. This one was obvious though before it went on the wall. The 3rd one I asked them to open it, plug it in and test it before I arrived. The 3rd one was good. So the warranty was great, no questions asked. They just took care of it for me. I'll keep coming back.

We went in only knowing what we needed to do. Matt met my husband at the door, and after a discussion as to what we had, what we needed it to do, and some questions and answers, Matt gave us his suggestion. We purchased his suggestion, which he told us would be easy to install with an app on our phone. He was right! Easy peasy, and our internet is up and running throughout our house. And for a lot less money than we expected it to be! Highly recommend this store.

A nice young man was helping me. Kind of. He was constantly checking the messages on his watch. I finally asked him. " Am I bothering you?"
He commented that he just had a lot of things going on. I asked a couple more questions and left.
He was obviously busy and had no time to help a customer.

Where is the help and after I almost beg for help, the employee that came over basically did the same thing I did read the box he didn't know anything about the product.
