I've been with BECU for a long time. I call them with questions the 1st authenticate me when I'm calling for information or have questions.

BECU was great- in and out with a new bank account. No complaints whatsoever. Excellent credit union!

Staff is cordial and the wait time for my appointment was only a few minutes. Amy T. was very professional and had me all squared away in no time. I use the ATM here often and the lobby is always clean. I feel safe walking in after dark. Looking forward to the day BECU opens a branch in Port Orchard!
