AT&T at the Silverdale mall is the best place for all your cell phone needs. It’s wonderful when the assistant knows all they need to know to help you efficiently and courteously. Joseph was very helpful on Sunday 1/21/24 when I was there at 4 PM. Got it all taken care of without delays.

We bought 2 phones via a promotion in which we and At&T would each pay half the cost. We were assured we could come back in 2 days and pay off our balance with no penalty for early payment. When we came back to pay, the manager, Tu Huyh, admitted that we had been told this but refused to honor the deal without charging a $360 penalty This is totally unscrupulous.

After several times into the store to correct add ons such as insurance and other things that were secretly added onto my bill raising my bill over $200 more than what it was Bijan at the Silverdale Corporate store corrected the over charges Highly recommend talking to him for all your Cellular needs

My wife and I went here on June 10th 2023 to get a new plan and new phones. Well I chose a Google pixel 7 pro so I paid $125 out the door for everything, Skip ahead to just yesterday and the volume button broke off! At&t will not help at all saying I need to go through the manufacturer when they sold me the phone, also the pixel 7 pro is a $1200 phone. So unless someone steps up and does the warranty on it, I will just buy a kit online and void the warranty and fix it myself. I will update soon.Update: 10/01/23, I called at&t and they refused to do the right thing and Google is impossible to get a hold of, so I will buy the volume button and void the warranty and fix it myself. The Google pixel 7 pro has a major defect of the volume button breaking off so don't waste your time with it.

Was interested in upgrading my phone and called ahead to confirm that the phone was in stock. The manager Christian said that they had two in stock. So I drove an hour and 30 min to buy one of the them. I get there and the rep informed me that they didn’t have them. I was confused as Christian said he had them in hand and confirmed they had them over the phone. Don’t go to this store unless you like your time wasted. I waited over an hour to not even get the chance to speak with the manager. “Great” customer service from this location.

This is the Second time I came in to see about upgrading my phone, not only did I not get a greeting. I waited for at least 10-20 mins and didn’t even approach me or say they will help me as soon as there done. Worse part there were two employees and nothing. I left twice. Other AT&T stores I’ve been too way better customer service and greetings.

Rave review for Shannon!!! I had my phone stolen at a rest stop and was pretty frazzled upon visiting the store. Shannon was more then patient with me, offered me my options and when we ran into issues with Samsung Google she truly tired every backdoor possible to help me.I just want to say THANK YOU, Shannon for exceptional service and your smile!! After a long day it was nice to feel cared for by simple acts of kindness. Be well!

Joseph was great! He spent the time with us to upgrade our phones. He walked us through all of the options and was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was also able to answer all of our questions.It was the best experience we have had at any phone store before. Thank you so much Joseph

I’m so frustrated and dissatisfied. Over 3 hours to get new services set up to have to come back for a 2nd round the next day because our new phones were not set up the right way and one of our new watches was not working. Not to mention I was double charged for accessories. To top it off we were told by Tyler our sales rep all of the activation charges would be waived due to all the problems. Then after me following up without response several times he said oh sorry not going to happen now. Terrible customer experience and follow through. Very disappointed!
