Great customer service with reasonable prices. Took my antique ring to a jeweler in the Kitsap Mall for a quote. They wanted $120 for a simple solder on white gold ring. Silverdale Jewelry & Coin charged me $40 for the same work and polished it up really nice.

Went here on my way to Kingston. I wanted to sell just nine one ounce Silver coins. They offered me $3.11 under spot price per coin. Which is unreal & by far the worst offer I've ever received. The worst personally I had ever experienced is $1 dollar under spot. Sadly, I'll never go to this place again, or refer anyone to it either.

They had a beautiful diamond to replace the one that fell out if my Wedding set in store and had it put in a new setting all in one day. I couldn't ask for anything better. I highly recommend them to anyone. Honest and caring, you don't find that very often. I will be back.

I received a very satisfactory deal selling some gold and silver coins. Mike was very friendly and knowledgeable. The business paid cash which wasn't necessary but was nice. They also have a very advanced precious metal scanner which can give precious and other metal content (%) in coin/jewelry.

Don't let the outside of this business fool you! Honestly I never would've gone in if I weren't referred to Alberto for some watch repairs, but I was very pleasantly surprised when I entered. It is warm and inviting, clean, and the staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. It's like going to the store of a family friend.Alberto works there doing watch repair and has decades of experience with high end watches. He was able to do my battery repair in 15 minutes and was very reasonably priced.Not only was Alberto kind and knowledgeable in person, he was also super friendly and helpful via phone the couple times I called to ask questions. He returned my call despite being out of town on vacation!Highly recommend. There aren't many businesses left like this anymore

I had a great experience getting my custom-made wedding ring repaired here. Friendly, quick, and professional service at a much better than expected price. My ring is fixed and looks amazing now! I will come back again.

Had 4 jobs done....transfer a stone to another mount, transfer another stone to a pendant, transfer a stone to a 14 yellow gold stud mount and another stone to another mount. I was charged $3900 plus taxes.Edit: the estimate was not in writing but over the phone and was not enunciated clearly which led to confusion of what it would cost. The only gold provided was a gold post for an earring and a head on a ring. Accent diamonds that were removed to put in a new head were not returned.

I highly recommend this store!!! I was nervous when I went to sell my "junk silver" coins. But, was pleasantly surprised with the warm & genuine customer service that I received from Michael. He gave me a very fair price for my silver. My daughter found a ring she liked while there. Michael took care of her for that transaction as well. She's really pleased, extra fair price and quality ring.

Mike and his staff are friendly. Great prices for resizing. Best price in town. I had my Diamond platinum band we bought from Costco resized. Trust worthy, turn around time in three days. Happy with their service. Highly recommend!
