Wonderful medical care:, convenient, compassionate and thorough. The website sucks, so don’t even bother trying to set up an appointment before hand. The medical providers were better than my primary care!

Showed up a few minutes before my appointment. Easily checked in, confirming who I was and insurance and immediately went back to the doctor. Staff was professional and polite, made me feel comfortable, and quickly took care of my problem.

The FNP Aliza spoke to us very condescendingly and patronized my young adult daughter. It made her feel terrible when she was already feeling awful. Then she proceeded to ask if we had a psych provider because she was crying and in pain. This was unreal and the worst medical care we have ever received.Editing to add- the FNP called back to get more history and provide sympathy. It felt forced and not genuine. Also she wrote "Anxiety about health" as the diagnosis on her x-ray order. Who does that? My daughter has lots of complex health issues, her pain is valid and real. This FNP dismissed her, she should go practice in a jail where she can be rude as much as she wants. No.. because even prisoners deserve respect.

Felt like a scheme to get me to make more appointments in the Zoomcare system...and a giant waste of time. They don't have an X-ray machine so cannot tell if you have pneumonia or broke a bone etc. What kind of urgent care doesn't have a X-ray!? I went in for an especially bad cold, and the PA-C told me my oxygen levels were low, acted like there was potential that I'd be admitted. There was nothing they could do for me there because they did not have an X-ray and therefor no way to tell if I had pneumonia. He then automatically (without my agreement) made an appointment for me in Bellevue several hours later and insisted I go. He was cagey about sharing my oxygen value when I asked.I then wait in line at a different urgent care only to find my vitals were not that bad (Oxygen was not low at all) and finally get the X-ray I needed. Giant waste of time and I hope they don't negatively impact more vulnerable members of the community with their profit schemes.

Great visit even though I’m feeling not great! I’m sick and I couldn’t get in to see my PCP. I made an appointment at this ZoomCare location and a few hours later I was in the office to see Aliza. She was awesome! Got me in and out of there but still took the time to listen and understand what was going on with me. The person that checked me in was very nice too. Thank you again!

I did a virtual visit with this office to refill a Rx for Albuterol that I had been using for years for asthma. Aliza Kreisman suggested I try a long acting med as an alternitive, so I did. It's been nothing but amazing. She was the only one to ever suggest a differnt treatment and I'm so thankful she did. I'll specifically use this clinic going forward for all my zoomcare needs.

I went due to not feeling well. After overcoming a complicated infection I wanted to be sure I didn’t have flu or covid. The office visit was great in and of itself. The staff was lovely and the place was extremely clean. The reason for my rating is the billing practices. I have active and very good insurance however upon checking in they tried to say my insurance was inactive. I refuted this and even logged into my insurer site to show it was active. They said we will not charge today and work with billing. A week or so goes by and I get an email saying that I was going to be charged 300+ dollars in 24 hours. I logged into zoomcare and discovered they had not even ran my insurance. I contacted their support and was called maybe 30 minutes after. I went back and fourth with the lady that the insurance I had provided was accurate and active and I even had claims recently process. She seemed skeptical but said we will try again and they will reach back out. Since then I’ve heard nothing but the other day got notification that they were paid out close to 600 by my supposed inactive insurance. No call to apologize or even explain why they tried to nickle and dime me when insurance quite literally paid more. In all that hassle I just won’t return again. Beware if you have active insurance and they try to tell you otherwise.Edit: I dropped a star after the canned response. Billing is complex for insurance. Whether or not it’s active and following through after you tried to inaccurately charge someone with active insurance is not. Why should I call to have your mistake explained.

Note to others: you are welcome to stay 10-15 minutes. If you have more than one medical issue that needs attending to, they require you to break it into several separate appointments so that they can charge you repeatedly.Lovely to find that out after travelling across town. When I made the appointment I made it clear that I was coming in for multiple issues. Nobody corrected me on that or sent me a private message explaining their policy (even though I’m already in their system and they could easily do so).So today I get to choose whether they’ll help me with my progressively worsening psoriasis, the arthritic pain that is slowly crippling my right hand, or the intense pain I feel in my foot each morning. Here’s hoping I pick right!I came here out of convenience; that’s it. The only factor they had going for them is now gone. Will be establishing a new primary care physician ASAP.If you have a single issue, this place is for you, provided they can get you out the door quickly. If you require more than ten minutes of attention or have more than a single health issue, go elsewhere, or prepare to be bled dry.

So convenient! I love that I can book the day before or even in the middle of the night and get an appointment next morning. Plus they can test and give antibiotics for UTIs within 20 minutes. Can’t beat it! The Dr is friendly and knowledgeable.

The practitioners and phlebotomist were kind and competent. The practitioner also second-guessed the analysis of a lab result from my former provider, which we checked and they were right on.This was in-network for my insurance (Aetna) and could see patients day-of. Other primary care providers I called didn’t have appointments available for at least 2 months.
