Great service and very quick!! I got an oil change today and the service was a breeze and extremely convenient. Most auto shops aren't open weekends so they were a heaven sent. They were friendly and made me feel at home while I waited for my car to be finished. I will be coming again!!

Local auto repair. Especially for older cars can be less expensive. Saved me a third off of what a dealer would charge for the repair.

Had a tension bolt break off on my '09 Forester. Took it in around noon and got it back at 5:30. New bolt, replaced the alternator and belt. Great job, fair price, everything looks good, and it only took 5 hours. If I have any other issues I will definitely bring it back here. Edit: I did notice they didn't put this black plastic piece back over the belts. I asked and he said that set up may have been too big to put it back on.

You know that place you found that was so good you didn't want to tell anyone about, well, this is it. I have had oil changes, catalytic converters changed, and now, after going to a dealer (Bill Pierre) a POS I might add, I had Zak put in a new rebuilt engine in my Exploder. 60K cheaper than buying a new car. Price was 4K cheaper than the dealer who had no customer service training. This is a really nice guy with good people working for him. Good price and nice people, good combination for a small business.

Great place to get work done on your vehicle. Took my car here a little over a week ago and they did a great job. Fair price and quickly done. Zack is a very nice guy who does great work at an honest price. Highly recommended.

Although Zack's primary business is not a body shop, someone recommended him to me for affordable car repairs since I lacked comprehensive insurance. Zack provided an estimate of $7,750 for the repair and requested a $5,500 down payment for OEM and new parts, a mutually agreed upon arrangement During the 2-week wait for Zack (the owner of this place) to procure the parts, several factors raised my suspicions. Firstly, the inconsistent information he provided about my car's issues, and secondly, my discovery that OEM parts could be obtained on the same day from the dealership, casting doubt on the extended wait time. This led me to suspect the use of either used parts from a salvage yard or non-OEM components for my car. In response, I asked Zack to prepare/provide the receipts from the manufacturer, dealership, or equivalent evidence confirming the use of OEM and new parts *before* he start fixing my car. His aggressive and disrespectfully refusal, along with his initiation of a refund of my down payment (it was him who initiated the refund & refused to provide the service), which heightened my concerns. It has now been more than 2 months, and he has only issued a partial refund (half the amount), claiming a limit imposed by Square, which I couldn't find in Square's FAQ [ **IMPORTANT ADVICE:** anyone considering repairs with him to document all communications through TEXT MESSAGING or EMAIL. Zack has a tendency to change his statements, make false promises, and later deny such claims, making it essential to have evidence of his communications -- he intentionally avoid or minimize replying back text messages and he would rather phoning you back & giving verbal reply which I realized (unfortunately late) why he has been doing that. Currently, I am seriously contemplating pursuing this refund issue with him in court. Side note: my car repairs cost ~6K from a certified place, which means he was double scamming me (charging me more and potentially using used or non-OEM parts) and abused my circumstances of not having a comprehensive insurance & seeking his help.

I want to give great review to this shop. My car stopped working out of the blue and I could barely turn it back on in the middle of the street. Most of car shops are off on Sat and when I stopped by nearby Firestone as an emergency "cry for help" they flat out didn't help me and refused to even look at my car mentioning "liability" and "can get you in on Wed" even though I had emergency road situation and was their customer for years. When I called Zack's they were open and agreed to take a look at the car. They did inspection right away and were very kind and told he right away what the problem was. They were able to order the part right away and fixed my car within an hour. Can you imagine that ? On Saturday ! If I wouldn't have fixed it I had no idea how to move around following week or even if I would make it back home that day. Definitely coming back for car checks and tune up.

I had an incredible experience here at Zach's Auto service. I arrived at about 3pm on a Saturday with out calling. Hoping I'd be able to get some help. All I knew is that my e-brake had seized and the car was not in driving condition and I asked if there was any way they'd be able to get it fixed and how long that would take. Not only was everybody in the shop nice but they were able to get the car fixed and in running condition by 5:00 p.m. truly incredible service. They gave a highly competitive price for what the industry charges for the work they did. I will absolutely be telling my friends and family to come to this shop. This is now my go-to!

My cars engine and transmission needed to be replaced. They did it efficiently and were very quick about it! Thank you Zack for giving me a brand new working car. I’m definitely coming here again, and recommend this place for any future car work.

Zack's was my third autobody visit to try to replace my car's engine splash guard. He made me feel at home, and was prompt and responsive :)He took care of my car as a walk-in, whereas other shops quoted 7 -11 day waits. He also gave me an incredibly fair rate and did not try to upcharge me or take advantage in any way.When you find a good mechanic, you stick with them. I called ahead asking when a good time to bring my car in was, and they said anytime. True to their word, when I brought it in they immediately asked the issue, got in for a test drive, and identified the issue as the shocks within 5 minutes. They gave me the price upfront and asked if I needed it done right away, but I didn't need it for a couple days. However, they still got it done the same day and gave me a heads up before it was done so I could get there before they closed if I wanted. The price was exactly what they quoted (and a great price!). Everything was straight forward and no-nonsense which I really appreciate since other places usually run you in circles of waiting and pricing. I definitely will be back here for future repairs!Service: Steering & suspension repair

This is the best little auto shop around....the Owner Zack is fair and works with his customers. Don't let his overpowering strong presence fool you, he is a super nice man. My favorite is Scott who runs the front desk...he is very friendly and personable leaving you with a great feeling :)The shop just isn't the same when he isn't there! I’m so glad I found Zack for my auto repair. Zack provided a very good price and A+ service. The mechanic is so efficient and so nice - he fixed everything for me even the piece I didn’t ask for. Now I have a brand new car lol. Will highly recommend Zack to my friends!
