I was pleased with the dedication of the team at Les Schwab, the mechanic stayed until almost 9 PM to get my vehicle done the same day. I just had tires replaced on our Subaru, again I was impressed with the customer service. The prices aren't the cheapest, but quality is high and customer service is awesome at this Les Schwab location.”

Kevin helped me out today and was very reasonable with my specific needs. He did the job himself to make sure there was no miscommunication. Wheel was mounted and balanced without a bunch of bead sealer all over the tire or wheel.

“Kylie was so helpful when I came in with two flat tires, she went above and beyond with checking on the status of work being done and herself fixing a valve stem while the team was closing up shop. They acomódate us every time we come in with options and expert opinions. The popcorn is always a great plus and the great customer service makes the time past faster! Sometime getting this kind of work done can be a quite a mess, but they make it so much easier!”

“When my car finally let me know for sure. My brakes were going because my normal place I take my car didn't. I was able to drop that off when I got back to town while I went on my trip and they checked my brakes for free and told me they need to be replaced and also my front tires so it was really nice that they were able to do that for me and made my day go a little bit better. Not that I was happy about my brakes and my tires but at least they told me I can drive home and I wouldn't completely lose my brakes and slam into somebody. Thank you Les Schwab in Lynnwood. “Jesus (employee at Mill Creek Les Schwab) is a righteous dude! After having my concerns completely and rudely dismissed at the Snohomish Les Schwab, my experience with Jesus at the Mill Creek Les Schwab was excellent. Jesus took the time to do a drive with me and hear the tire noise I was concerned about, he evaluated the tires and wheel bearing, rotated the tires and did a second drive with me to confirm that the issue was a tire with tread cupping. He then gave me some options, including do nothing because the tire was sound (albeit noisy). Thank you Jesus.”
“I had an oil change somewhere else which at the end of my service they made me sound like I'm this great wacko who had been driving with four ancient Flinstones' car tires. So afterwards, while passing by Discount Tire, I walked in to consult about my tread depth. I was assured that my tires were all still good and had a lot of lives left but one of them would need to be replaced in about 6-months or 2 years depending on how often/far I drive. The guy at the counter explained nicely to me the best way to get an appointment is to order the tire online, location-based, then make the appropriate appointment. Your appointment should be within 10 days after the purchase date. And he advised calling the store if I have a difficulty getting an appointment within that timeframe so they can help with earlier appointment. On their website, I found a quality All-Weather tire that I wanted at a great price. Wasn't too crazy about all the fees but that's to be expected everywhere else anyway. I arrived for my appointment, waited for my turn at the check-in counter, they took my keys and said that it should be ready in 30-minutes, 45-minutes max. You can check your progress anytime. When the installation was done (earlier than expected), I got a notification text. They gave me my key back and refused any tip. I was literally in and out. Easy peasy, pain-free. This pleasant experience echoed my previous experience with Discount Tire when I got a nail in my tire a little while ago. They patched it for free and I was on my merry way. You'll see a lot of customers looking bewildered and in disbelief when receiving their fantastic service and with no bill due. I mean honestly, in this day and age, it's borderline making us customers feel guilty like we're taking advantage of a good and honest business lol. The staff are always friendly, warm and all-around wholesome. I definitely would continue coming back here for my tire needs.”

These guys were amazing and made sure we were back on the road safely. They went out of their way to find us a tire within our budget. “Great service. Flatted a tire on I-5 heading out of town and this was the nearest Les Schwab. I dropped in and the cars were backed up at this place, but they were willing to accommodate us quickly to get us back on the road. These guys are busy which is a testament to their service, so if you are not in an emergency to get your tires change, I would strongly recommend making an appointment.”

“I recently bought tires from another big tire place for my 2010 Toyota Highlander. There was a strong vibration around 60mph and up, so I took it back so they could troubleshoot the problem. They re-balanced the tires, but the vibration was still there. So back again to the tire place, same result. Then I took it to Discount Tire in Shoreline. They performed a "road force" balancing and found all four tires were out of balance. They made the adjustments in less than an hour, and free of charge (remember, I bought the tires from another tire place). Took it for a test drive and the vibration was totally gone, a smooth drive at any speed. Discount knows tires, they're the experts.”
