The atm here said I took out $400 but didn’t dispense the money so I turned again and it gave $300 but said I took out $700. The lady working there was very sweet and kind she called it in right away when I explained to her what happened and they made a case. The next day the money was credited back into my account so very thankful for the lady being there to help me and greatly appreciate her patience helping me get my money back.

I have some issues with my account. And also I went to some other Wells Fargo branch they didn’t really help a lot. But Cristina Cienfuegos is so patient. I came here yesterday. She helped me call the department but they need to decide today. So I one back today. And she helped me call again and finally I know the results. Thanks so much. She’s really nice and patient. And really think about the clients.

Just an ATM indoors,I soonest l walk in l ask, this is a bank? Lady responded “cashless bank” since when people walks in to a bank to walk out with out cash??? for $300 cash, deposits and transfers there is our phones and atm
