I had a very frustrating experience at this Walgreens Pharmacy. The staff was rude and inattentive, particularly one female employee who seemed indifferent to customer service. Despite there being three employees present and only myself as a customer, none of them acknowledged my request for assistance. Additionally, the prices are quite high. I would not recommend visiting this Walgreens due to the poor customer service and overcharging.

Pharmacy staff never answers the phone. Just continuously puts you back on hold without saying a word when the phone starts to ring. For hours sometimes.

It seems that everytime I go to Walgreens, I get more and more disappointed. It's either because they don't ever have what I am looking for and shelves are almost always bare, employees have nasty attitudes almost always. Lack of professionalism and product knowledge too. Would I recommend Walgreens? That's a big fat no!

I’ve been to this location a couple of times. The drive-through pharmacist is discriminating. She charged me always even I have insurance. I know my insurance covered those medications. I won’t come back here again.

I would give this no stars if I could. A few of the employees care, but the Walgreens corporation does all it can to make this store and many others total trash. Getting a prescription filled is often impossible. No one answers the phone ever. They are often out of stock on common medications. They won't transfer a prescription to another store if it is out of stock, and several times the prescription is blocked "due to insurance issues" yet if the prescription to a competitor, insurance is just fine. Avoid at all costs.

The store manager Lauro was awesome at going out of his way to help me with passport photos. He had lots to juggle and really went out of his way to help me get going as quickly as possible as I was running late to my passport appointment. Thanks Lauro!!!

This pharmacy has to be the worse pharmacy I have ever encountered. Far too many times there have been issues with my medication and the inability to provide for whatever reason. Very abusive to their customers and customer service is non-existent for they don’t even answer their phone. Are you kidding me!!!! Will not be going here again!

Unfortunately most of the staff of this branch in particular are unprofessional, misbehaving, don't respect patients, not doing there job in time, even much more
Even after complaining to there superior I couldn't get my medicine and right.
Many medicines are not available too

They take forever, they give you a time estimate that is NEVER correct and even if you are there and you're prescription is ready they won't call your name or let you know. They'll just wait for you to get in line again. Ridiculous. Horrible management.

I almost never leave a bad review. I feel like most businesses will be off their game from time to time, but holy #&$!, this was by far the worst Walgreens I've ever been to. We went in for diabetic lancets and tp. The store was filthy, the shelves were empty and the 2 ladies at the checkout were extremely rude to me when I asked if they were about to close down that location. It was an honest question and I wasn't being rude. I used to work at a drugstore. The shelves were always full, the store was clean and our employees were professional and kind. Do better Walgreens.

Really nice workers and I'm glad it's now open longer but sadly most shelves are now empty and don't restock canned dog food when I really need it. :((

I keep calling and can't reach anyone. They keep saying "hold on" and then it loops me back to calling on again. It's been 26 min. I just wanted an update on my medication. They never answer. Pharmacy tech was very rude, and greatly lacking in professional communication skills.
