I’ve shopped inside this Verizon store many times, most of which have been subpar due to employees incapabilities to manage time, understand pricing, or explain things clearly. I wasn’t going to negatively review this store until just recently. Today I walked in looking to possibly purchase a new iPhone 15, and all the employees were busy. I totally understand that, however I was wandering around in their store for close to 10 minutes without a single word of acknowledgment from any of the employees working at that time. Retail is a super easy concept to grasp, but clearly fell out of reach for the employees in that store today.

I had an AMAZING experience today when I needed help to resolve an issue that another employee Earnest at the Redmond Verizon store created but couldn’t fix and then went on to lie to me that the services were no longer on my account however they actually were.Steven, on the other hand, at the Shoreline Verizon store was heaven sent. He was VERY patient, kind, empathetic, knowledgeable and not only solved my problems but waited on the phone until I tested out each one of the four issues to make sure everything was working. I hope that Verizon recognizes and awards him for the excellent service he provided. He will go far in life with his fantastic people skills. It will be worth your while to travel to the Shoreline Verizon store to get tremendous service and avoid the Redmond Verizon store at all costs.

The staff is friendly and easy enough to deal with. The reason for the 1 star (wish it could be lower) review is due to the absolute incompetence and inability to complete a simple transaction in a timely manner. Ordered a new upgraded phone online. I was suppose to pick it up in the locker at the store. I walk in enter a code walk out plain and simple, or so one would think. Well for starters they somehow lost the online order. After waiting a day and not receiving a confirmation email my new phone was ready I called the store to see what was going on. This process took over an hour to get a simple answer, I had to speak to corporate then the store all just to figure out that some how the online order was lost. Even though they had already charged my credit card they said they would have to refund that payment and charge me again as they could not apply the money I had already paid to the new order they had to create. After all that was done I was told the phone was there at the store and I could come pick it up. At this point I’m still not too annoyed things happen technology doesn’t always work I get it. Once I get to the store the incompetence hit a whole new level. I get there and check in which takes about 15 minutes as they were busy, once it’s my turn I sit down with the rep and tell him I’m just here to pick up my new phone. Don’t want any help setting it up or anything just want to get handed my phone and walk out the door. Well surprise surprise they somehow couldn’t even manage to handle that simple transaction right. Due to the fact they lost my online order I had to pay again at the store. I go ahead and do that, somehow in the time it took the salesman to walk to the back room and back out to me, they again lost the order for my phone. At this point I’m just astounded by the stupidity of the situation. again, they told me they cannot transfer the money I already paid to the new order and they will have to refund me and charge me yet again! All in all it took over an hour and three credit card charges to be handed a phone and walk out the door. Do yourself a favor avoid this store just order online and have it shipped to your house.

I shattered my glass protection on my phone. I was ignored for 20 minutes only to be told that they have none in stock. 2nd time what I wanted they didn't have.

Super bummed to have sat here for two and a half hours only to be told I can’t get the devices I originally came for. Educating staff is paramount when it comes to customer service. Do better.EDIT: After three days, I got a notification from Verizon stating I needed to pay my bill. Apparently after sitting at this store for two and a half hours migrating my phone plan from pre-pay to post-pay, my account was never changed. I called customer service on the phone and they had NO record of an account migration. I now have to go through the entire process once again but on the phone.

Good staff of employees, they helped me out with new home internet and tweaked my phone plan to save me over 900 a year. I've been with them for over 20 years now. They understand how to retain happy satisfied customers. Thanks Verizon ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

30 year customer ( Air Touch prior to Verizon). Purchased cell phones and accessories for our family and business, including insurance.This past year, Verizon customer service has dropped the ball, I give them a F!!I'm very disappointed and frustrated with their incompetent service, inconsistent store hours and their minimal in-store available stock.>>>>>>They now charge 30$ to talk to you about Tech issues.!! <<<< Bad Move !! yearin

Terrible. Spec to get a pre pay plan on my phone for my trip. One hour later I finally leave. I get on the freeway and can't call through my car.I get to Seattle and "real Verizon store" explains that Bellingham location is a 3rd party store - not Verizon - and they messed up so bad I had to get a new card and do it all over.This place had me out the door in 15 min

This review if for tech nicknamed Q. This young man had lots of energy and enthusiasm for customer service. His experience made the session where I bought a new iphone14 outstanding. He was efficient and knowledgeable and offered options for packages, care, and money savings account changes with plans. He was personable, professional and just seems to like what he does and I believe he has what it takes to manage the store. For sure this was the best Verizon experience I had ever had. I went to the alderwood store first and the greeter was a negative experience with a laissez faire attitude and unable to answer any simple questions so I walked out then went to Shoreline. I feel like it was treated very fairly at shoreline and go the best deal available.
