Dylan was so amazing and even went above and beyond to make sure that I was able to leave the store with a working phone line! I had been struggling to make this switch this whole month for my brother n I! Everyone there is always so amazing and kind :-))) I appreciate being remembered and continuing services with the location!

I shattered my glass protection on my phone. I was ignored for 20 minutes only to be told that they have none in stock. 2nd time what I wanted they didn't have.
