Always great customer service and shipping options. Very transparent about costs.
Not sure who has enough time to sit around and complain in a multi-paragraph negative review about a shipping facility, and a locally-owned one at that, but to each their own :) LOL

Some of these bad reviews seem a bit silly. I’ve been to this UPS store a couple of times and am planning to go today. The customer service is always great and I have also used their tape to fix my package, for free. Nice and clean location.

Incapable of doing there jobs. Purchased an overnight delivery and they did not honor it and now my package is late and I paid an extremely high fee for nothing.

Yesterday i get a phone call by this store phone number . and one of the agent told me they have my package, and she keep ask me my personal information, i ask her why because its not unusual she told me she need to verify. First of all i dont have any packages And I refuse to tell her my personal information and i hang up the phone. after that when i google the phone number its ups store number , then i call them back but she told me she never call on this number..! They try to scam me the location workers !!! Am gone contact some one who have answers for this

I sent a package to this store to my friend and the old guy there was saying the address does not match my friends drivers license.. well DUH!!! its NOT SUPPOSE TO!!! and then he was yelling at the other kid there helping my friend saying that he is not suppose to divulge any information to my friend... this old guy NEEDS to either be let go or retrained in CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I will NEVER use this store again...
