I brought my couch cushion covers here for dry cleaning. When I got them back I noticed that there were spots on the fabric that have been melted, presumably while ironing the fabric. I was charged over $100 for the bad dry cleaning and it will probably cost another $500 to replace the covers.

$146 for 7 pieces! One piece was a coat at $25 and that's fairly reasonable. However, 3 dresses and 3 sweaters for $121.. that's ridiculous! For that price I would expect NOT to see any fuzz or bobbling on my sweaters. I noticed some customers mentioned the prices were reasonable in the reviews.. hmm?? Maybe I received special pricing. Anyway... there's way more fish in the sea, so I'll continue looking for a place that values customer retention.

The provide excellent laundry and dry cleaner services.I have also used them for basic hemming of pants and skirts and they have performed well.They are a Jesus friendly and professional.

I took a very dirty sleeping bag here, it was VERY nicely clean when I picked it up, and it was even rolled together properly. I'll definitely be back.

Super polite, quick turnaround time, and most importantly they do a great job. We've never had any issues whatsoever with the extra charges or garment damage that some of these other outdated reviews are mentioning. They do a far better job than the other dry cleaners across the street, who could not find our garments on two separate occasions and charged much more. We've been using Sno-King ever since and have been very pleased.
