They were professional and friendly. Got my brakes fixed and they also did a full inspection. It was supposed to be done the same day, but took a little longer than anticipated, so they gave me a free loaner car and I picked it up the next day.

Very thorough vehicle examinations and timely service. They have kept my 2014 Crosstrek in perfect condition. Even though the Subie has 100K on the odometer now, it’s running better than ever.

I was able to get an appointment quickly. I dropped my Forester off expecting a call once they did troubleshooting to find the problem I was having with my back door not opening and let me know what the cost might be. To my great surprise they tried different methods to get it to open, the key fob, the button on the back door etc. No success then for some reason one of the attempts using the button in the car actually opened it. I got a call, Everything works fine, NO CHARGE.
Best call of that day.

I was in need of new windshield wiper blades and a replacement arm. I dropped in to have Smart Service check it out and book an appointment when they could take care of it for me. To my surprise they did the repair on the spot while I waited. Great customer service with a smile!

Smart Service recently did a bunch of repairs on our 2010 Impreza. They got it done quickly, provided a loaner car, and offered the best communication we've ever had from an auto shop during the whole process. Highly recommended!
