Worst rite aid location. Nothing on the shelves. And the new young pharmacist is probably the rudest most miserable person to talk to. She acts like she’s doing a big favor by being there.

Although the Rite Aid stores are undergoing changes, this Rite Aid Pharmacy continues to serve our pharmaceutical needs very well.

This is literally the worst Rite Aid I’ve ever gone to in my entire life. The workers never wanna be there there’s never anything on the shelves. They don’t keep anything stocked. It looks like they’re going out of business. I don’t know why they don’t go out of business considering they don’t do their job when they’re there they don’t take cash for the last hour of the day because they’re trying to get out of there right on time because none of the workers wanna be there and I don’t blame them because it’s awful everything there is terrible. It’s literally the worst store ever like you might as well go out of business they never do their jobs when they’re there there’s no point of even being open. I wish they would just close them if this is how they’re gonna do business

The lady I have spoken on the phone with was always very nice and helpful. They have always had my medication as early as possible and got them to me right on time.

On their website, it says you can make an appointment for strep tests, but you show up and the pharmacy will let you know that they actually don’t perform tests there and they don’t know which stores do. I spent half my morning driving to different rite aids just to hear the same thing. Don’t book an appointment here, the appointments are not real and they do not have the proper tests. Don’t waste your time like I did. These appointment times are not real and they will just turn you away

Traveling during a family emergency from Washington to Arizona to Alaska and back to Washington. The staff in Pharmacy has gone above and beyond to help insure I had my medication. Cannot express my gratitude enough.

terrible pharmacy, work on filling your prescription when YOU come to pick up three days later, i’ve waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes on countless occasions, used to be a really good pharmacy but now they are terrible. tell you to come back within 15-30 minutes. technicians are rude, unfriendly and not helpful. walgreens is a better pharmacy and i’ll be taking my prescriptions there!

Seriously the worst rite aid pharmacy! They won’t ever answer the phone, when they do they put you on hold forever, worst customer service, they don’t know how to properly bill insurance. Go elsewhere!

Scheduled an appointment online for a strep throat test. Got a text confirmation with the time and address. Drove 40 minutes when I felt very sick. Used my only rest time today while my toddler was napping. Turns out they don’t do step tests. It’s so awful to do this to sick people.

Prescriptions are never ready on time. The pharmacist could have the request for days, but they never work on filling it until you come in. I wish this was the first time this has happened to me at this location but sadly it's now pretty standard. I have to plan on a 15-20 minute wait for them and to fill it while I wait otherwise it just doesn't happen.
