terrible pharmacy, work on filling your prescription when YOU come to pick up three days later, i’ve waited in the drive thru for 35 minutes on countless occasions, used to be a really good pharmacy but now they are terrible. tell you to come back within 15-30 minutes. technicians are rude, unfriendly and not helpful. walgreens is a better pharmacy and i’ll be taking my prescriptions there!

Seriously the worst rite aid pharmacy! They won’t ever answer the phone, when they do they put you on hold forever, worst customer service, they don’t know how to properly bill insurance. Go elsewhere!

Scheduled an appointment online for a strep throat test. Got a text confirmation with the time and address. Drove 40 minutes when I felt very sick. Used my only rest time today while my toddler was napping. Turns out they don’t do step tests. It’s so awful to do this to sick people.

Prescriptions are never ready on time. The pharmacist could have the request for days, but they never work on filling it until you come in. I wish this was the first time this has happened to me at this location but sadly it's now pretty standard. I have to plan on a 15-20 minute wait for them and to fill it while I wait otherwise it just doesn't happen.

I came here for last minute wrapping paper for Christmas, they had the wrapping paper but I noticed the employees were watching me made me feel uncomfortable. I would’ve purchased more things if I felt I wasn’t being watched, but I left and went to target…plus they had like nothing on the shelves looks like they are about to shut the doors on this rite aid like the rest of them

Wish I could give you zero stars. Associates were rude, argumentative, and I’m still without my prescription over a week later, even after my doctor has called because she’s so flustered with their refusal to fill rx’s despite having sent the prescription over thrice. and rite aid- I read the same generic response you gave every other person left you a negative review don’t do that to me.

I have been filling my prescriptions at rite aid for the most part of 2 decades. The Edmonds Rite aid to be exact. They were all so amazing. Recently they closed and Rite aid in in Shorline/Ballinger was the closet. I was told I can start to fill there. I dropped off my prescription when I went to get it I was brought in the back by the pharmacist and told she can not fill it because she didn't feel comfortable. (it is not an opioid or even has anything to do with pain) she listed side affects which I am fully aware of and feel like it my choice to accept them not hers. I explained I have had the same exact prescription, doctors and insurance who have prescribed it and paid for it every time for over 10 years. She said there are other Rite aids that will fill it but not her. Almost seemed like she was pushing her feelings about it on me. Doesn't seem ethical. Maybe I am missing something. Never experienced that in my life. I will be avoiding Rite aid.

This store used to be a great place to shop, but lately the store had gone downhill. Although the cashier I dealt with the last time (I think her name what Amita?) was wonderful, my last experience was absolutely awful. The clerk doing the stocking was very snotty when I asked her where to find an item I was looking for. When I couldn't find the item and asked for further help, she was even ruder. I ended up leaving the store and buying the item I needed on Amazon. I won't be going back to this store again.
