Very helpful to find the parts I needed. I was in search of a helicoil set and the Orielly's off 180th in Shoreline was the hub and had the exact one I needed. The attendant was thorough and very helpful.

Today I went to O’Reilly Auto Parts store to purchase AC can for my Honda Civic 2019. And one of the employee, his name Harry he’s really nice and helpful he also helped me checking on my car AC and refill my AC. I really appreciated his time ??

Came in for two headlight bulbs. The gentleman who rang me up offered to install both bulbs for me. Despite the store being busy, he took the time to install the bulbs, and made friendly conversation. Even though one bulb was a bit hard to reach he didn’t give up. I can’t tell you how much I appreciate this employee and the service I received today. Thank you!

My battery died. Luckily I live close by. I hoof it over in the sleet after calling to verify they had the battery I wanted...and not only was the price right, but Harry (who also helped me on the phone) offered to take his break and drive me back home so I wouldn't have to lug the battery back in bad weather. Great prices and greater service! Harry made my day! Thanks!!!
