My mom waited an hour for a walk in appointment. The staff was great. They listen to her lungs and check her ears. Another staff person came it and irrigated both ears and gave us instructions for prescription for inhaler.Thank you. There's no spoon Thank you What time is suns see

My experience last week was vastly different of my experience this week. Dr. Kozloff was wonderful and knew what to do right away and what questions to ask. Came for a follow up on a migraine that hasn’t gone away. Misunderstood the “pain scale” was seen by NP Kyle and was not impressed. He only took a few minutes with me then kept pushing me to go the ER when I don’t necessarily need to. They need to ask more clear questions and better explain the stupid “pain scale”. Front desk was meh. Too busy on the phone and barely acknowledged me. Last week’s front desk staff was much more helpful and polite. Disappointed. Today was a complete and utter waste of time.

I arrived at noon without an appointment and had to wait over 4 hours for a meeting with a physician's assistant. Liz was excellent and knowledgeable. She put my mind at ease and assured me I didn't have anything to worry about. She was right, I feel fine now.

Been dealing with a cough that won't go away. Booked an appointment online for the next day after I got off work. Greeted quickly and check-in was a breeze. Was in, out and prescription in hand in under 45 minutes. Every staff member was friendly and seemed very efficient. If I'm ever in need of urgent care again, I'll be back!

Fell & hit my head - 1.5 inch laceration with plenty of blood. Arrived at Indigo at 7:15pm on Saturday night. Cleaned up, four staples, and on the way home at 8:00! Speedy, efficient, gracious, kind, and professional! Really terrific team! Nurse Marisa and Doc Elizabeth were amazing. My new Go-To!! Appreciate them being open until 8pm on the weekend - other places close early.

I recently had a wonderful experience due to the staff at the Shoreline location. The front desk was very sweet, and the other staff member British helped with making the visit very smooth and welcoming. They definitely went above and beyond to help make everyone feel welcomed and at ease. Simply put.. I very much enjoyed British’s energy and positivity! Especially since sometimes going to a clinic could be stressful depending what you’re going in for. Thank you again for all the help!

There was a very short wait time. The people and doctors who were present and working at this facility were outstanding! I have never felt so taken care of!! Great place to go if you need/want to. Much better experience than ER and just a cleaner better experience!

Really long wait time (40 minutes after my online reservation), too warm inside, and I felt like there could have been more discretion from the front desk about why I was seeking care.However, the Dr I saw was excellent. Very friendly and professional.

I came in as a walk- in and was told it would be at least an hour wait before I could get in to see someone. It turned out to be less than an hour, I did have to wait another 10 minutes after I was put in a room but the PA-c that saw me was very friendly, understanding and patient with me. She made sure I got the help I needed. Very professional, but also approachable.

The nice Kenyan nurse that attended to me was great! Went here for TB test, and the provider and everyone else were nice and professional. Would visit again definitely!

Ive had many good and one great experience with indigo. Today was not so good they got me in quickly and out even faster; she didn’t notice the hardened skin spot on my arm and thought the inflammation was in a different place than it is. I felt that she looked towards me not at me. Indigo is usually much better.

The doctor was great, but the place is a billing scam. They charged $330 for a COVID test that I did not need. I had a sinus infection not COVID and I made that quite clear. The test was forced on me and then they charged me $330 for a test that I could have gotten at Walgreens for $15. What a joke. Never coming here again

I have gone to this location for varies reasons over the past year or so. They are always welcoming, helpful, and considerate of my medical concern. I wish I could remember everyone’s name today, but the woman at the front desk do so kind and deserves recognition. Lacey was sweet and helpful. Kyle was amazing and talked me through every step on my X-ray and follow up. I really appreciate this location and recommend it as the place to go for your urgent care needs.

This was my first time going to Indigo and it happened by chance when my regular clinic was too full.I received care that left me feeling seen, heard, and advocated for.The office is professional and friendly. I chose to wait in case a space opened.The waiting area is clean, comfortable, and I was at ease.Not only did my needs get met tonight, Doctor Elizabeth was thinking ahead with my health struggle tonight.Clearly they are doing something right. The whole team worked with a personal dignity that they see patients with as well.That was a lucky turn of events!
