My taxes were completed in less time than would take me to load the software on my computer. I brought in all the documents necessary and I walked out only paying a nominal fee compared to the amount of my refund. Excellent investment.

Absolutely horrible customer service for virtual tax filing. These people do not know how to file taxes or communicate. Your file will get ignored or lost in the abyss, you will be transferred to multiple advisors, none of them will communicate with you or know what they are doing, and you will not get your taxes filed on time. I worked with Bahram Samanian and Jon Meriwhether. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THEIR VIRTUAL TAX PREPARATION SERVICES.

Our tax preparer provided no guidance in reducing our tax bill. I was able to reduce the tax bill by 80% by pointing them to credits and deductions. We tried to speak with the management but they refused to call us back. We paid someone to fill out paperwork for us.

Charging $100 more to prepare taxes because someone has student loans in repayment (even if the form wasn't even used for your itemized deductions) is absolute nonsense.Never again.

Angie was super helpful, she made sure everything is on point, but $445 is extremely expensive, I might shop around next year depends on the pricing.

I made an appointment a week in advance. They called me the night before the appointment at 9:40pm to cancel. I wouldn't trust this office to handle dog walking let alone tax documents at this point. I look forward to going in to the office and making sure that they have deleted the documents I sent in, and complain to the office manager.

This is my first year using H&R Block. Till now I've always filed online with either TurboTax or Credit Karma Taxes (now Cash App Taxes) and I find that H&R Block's system is far more thorough, way faster, and less complicated. Doing taxes this year was a piece of cake, and I wish I went with them from the get-go. I couldn't be more pleased with their valuable customer service and effortless access to imperative information. 5 Stars.
