“My husband and I are loyal customers. The employees are all so welcoming, helpful and it makes it feel like a true community. The beer selection is outstanding and the guys in the meat section are top notch.”

15505 Westminster Way N, Shoreline“This has been one of our favorite grocery stores for many years. Excellent produce selection, excellent variety of vegan items, basic groceries, fancy chocolates, kitchen gifts, bulk foods, frozen foods, baked goods, hot dishes in the deli with a seating area.”
“Tasty cabbage/beef piroshki, good selection of authentic Soviet/Euro style food and good quality. I really enjoy the food I bought there. Very nice staff as well.”
“This is a good, simple food store. Unfortunately it seems to be a magnet for most of the panhandlers, shoplifters, and juvenile weirdos in Shoreline. The store has as much security as it can muster, but it's not enough.”
“I just went yesterday for my first time, the customer service are amazing and there honesty with there Injera, jebena even they told me if I am not happy with the jebena to bring it back. thank you of course I will go back to this place.”
“I've been going here since I was a kid, it's family run and the owners are so sweet! They always have the things you need, and my family often buys kimchi from there! There's a nostalgic ding every time you enter or leave the store, and I always go for some candy if I'm out on a walk. Well lit, clean, friendly owners, a cute store with a surprisingly great range of snacks, and well known by everybody in the area! In my experience, 10/10 store overall.”
“Staff gets 5 stars, one of the friendliest QFCs around. Shocked to see high-fructose corn syrup-based Coca-Cola being the same price as Spring Water! You can only guess what will your kids get to drink if they are thirsty.”

For a place that has this much crime around it oh, and as much chaos. They handle it very well and they were very polite.”

15332 Aurora Ave N, Shoreline“It was definitely a huge improvement. I used to be scared to come here because of the weird crimes, but they found ways to prevent them by making it a one-way entrance and the alcohol section is one way entrance in the middle of the store. I'm more than likely to come back more.”

The most surprising thing for me, whenever I need an information about something or searching the place of it among the shelves, I see a salesperson near to me for helping. Therefore
Fred Meyer is my number one shopping place during my visits Shoreline.
Thanks.”
“I have shopped at the Bartell Drugs on Aurora Avenue North in Shoreline, across from Fred Meyer, for over a decade now. When I was attending Shorewood High School and competing on sports teams as part of the high school, it was a good place to come to see if they had a sale on candy/snacks and arts and crafts items for making signs for teammates/team spirit. Aside from high school-related shopping habits, my family and I have used this location for miscellaneous items such as travel-size hygiene products, such as shampoo and conditioner. Seasonal items and cards can also be useful for special occasions. Deals can be found on days/weekends with special sales. The building is easy to spot from Aurora Avenue North, North 185th Street, and Midvale Avenue North. It has its own parking areas, though if those are full, there is a larger shared parking area for businesses in the same center. Inside the store entrance is a welcome sign and small carts available for use while shopping. Today, Monday 4 September 2023, I came to look over offerings and see if I could find a good Labor Day sale on some items. What caught my eye was a 3 for $3.33 sale on some of the candy items. The sale applied to the candy items in such a way I could mix and match what I wanted to count towards the sale. Meaning I was free to choose from a variety of options instead of being forced to get three of the exact same thing. I went partway on that, getting three different Reese's items. The cashier was friendly when I went to check out and my payment method of cash with exact change was warmly accepted.”
“I love this Trader Joe’s - it’s the only one I frequent now. It’s conveniently located on my way home from work. The staff has always been friendly and approachable, and the aisles are super wide. After obtaining what I wanted and needed yesterday, I approached the cashier with no line; two associates there chit chatting and laughing. One asked if I would like assistance with bagging and I accepted. She grabbed the first paper bag and I said, “I have bags”, but then turned around and walked away. All good, I hade no problem bagging my groceries, but she offered. There was no greeting from the cashier, which was super odd; I guess I’ve grown accustomed to, “Did you find everything you needed?” or “Anything new you’re trying?” She simply blurted my total, I tapped my card, and done deal. Maybe she was having a bad day, but my best guess is I interrupted their awesome convo. My bad!”
