I’ve experienced consistently poor customer service, especially with repeated mistakes on tags. It’s frustrating and reflects a lack of attention to detail. I hope this can be addressed promptly.

Lots of housewares, home goods. As with every Goodwill, it is messy, and people just paw through stuff. I liked the open feel.
And the cashier was WONDERFUL.

Trashy and unprofessional!
First: the hours they list here are NOT accurate at all!
My friend and I drove over two hours trying to finally get rid of donations that had been languishing for over a year. We were exhausted and cranky, and Google insisted this place was still open.
We drove up only to be immediately pounced on by a young woman covered in tattoos and fishnets who screamed at us, called us “retarded,” flipped us off, threatened to call the cops, and then summoned three other employees to point and laugh at us. Like it was all one big joke to them.
We hadn’t even had a chance to finish reading the sign or process the fact that we missed the cutoff. My friend was the only one with a car and doesn’t even get off work until 7! There was a tv and some sort of recliner sitting out there, so we weren’t even sure we were reading the sign correctly.
It would have cost the employee nothing to be the bare minimum of professional about it. Instead, she jumped at the opportunity to take out her frustrations by being a bully and a bigot. Guess I shouldn’t really be that surprised, given this company’s behavior towards disabled people in general.
Don’t shop here and don’t bother donating here either! Their employees clearly don’t give a crap and I wouldn’t trust them to treat your donations with any care, given they also had a tv just tossed out on the pavement when we pulled up. Anything you donate there is likely either going to be trashed, stolen, used to make fun of you, or posted on Goodwill’s website at three times its actual worth.

I went to buy some cheap glass vases for an event. The cheapest USED glass vase they had was five dollars ($4.99). Compare that with $2.97 NEW at Walmart. Goodwill gets its merchandise FREE and then charges more for used than for new. I could have gotten 32 new glass vases on Amazon for $40. That's $1.25 a piece. This is why I rarely buy used anymore. A waste of time to drive over there.

Don’t bother to visit here for donating. I went and waited 30 minutes to end up being rudely turned back saying that they won’t take my items because they have dust on them. I asked if I clean and bring back he again rudely said that he won’t take these items since he has looked them once. I had 2 new ceiling fans and wall lighting in good condition . Sadly, We had to dispose them off when they could have come of good use for someone instead.

Always a good find when I'm there, probably my favorite goodwill I've been to. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Thanks folks for all you do to make it a great store.

I had an uncomfortable interaction while I was checking out today. I was getting a little purse thing and the cashier said next in line and i said hey how's your day going and he was silent and then asked if this is all that i was getting and tried to look in my bag as i was pulling my wallet out. It seemed that he was implying I was stealing which I wasn't. It was very hostile and out of nowhere. Some of the other people there are really sweet though, but it was an off putting experience.

The manager working today provided the worst customer service. Had to be called twice by the cashier working and did not seem like he has been trained to work with people. I was not understanding the price of an item and the issue of the price set aside his attitude was hostile and dismissive and disrespectful.

Well unfortunately I have to give one star to write my review. So here we go with the one star this good will dosnt deserve. The employees & management that work here are extremely rude. I came in with my young children to shop for some clothes and got treated with so much disrespect. And even the manager .. he was SO rude and yelled at me in front of my children. I will never been returning. The way the economy is going you’d think you’d wanna keep a good business, not scaring customers away.
