I realized that I forgot to collect the original document on a copy machine. Next day I showed up the store and asked whether they found it or not. They located the original in their locked room, and I received it after presenting my ID and signning their paper. What a professional manner! Staff members are always supportive and knowledgeable. What a wonderful store!

it is impossible to add $ to the print machine. it offers you only one option - to end the session. In this case, your money is eaten up irrevocably. When I asked to help me solve the problem, the employee simply clicked "end session" and the system ate $10 again. He even asked me… just decided for me…. When I asked him Whyyyy? The employee did not defend the client, he defended the features of the machine, although before that I also had a negative experience with non-return of change, but this did not bother anyone. They said that I was wrong. this is a very strange attitude. Teach the machine to fleece the client - and you will get rich ... so-so slogan ...

Sara was extremely helpful, kind, and efficient. I had a larger print order on behalf of my workplace that she helped do a print review for and provide information on timeline and best options. She was very communicative and guided me through the process. Thank you very much, Sara!

I have had the opportunity to use the services at this store over the past 2 weeks. The first staff person to help me was Sally. They have a special counter for people with disabilities. I am a senior who walks with a cane. She was so pleasant and helpful. Today I was there another staff person assisted me. I did not get her name but just like Sally , helpful and pleasant. Thank you for looking out for the senior population. I wish other businesses would follow your example.

Laura has got to be one of the best employees the company has. She approached me within seconds of me walking in so quickly I was startled. ?
I was there to print off some architectural house plans. She knew exactly what to do to get the emailed file into their system with the best quality and had me in and out of there in no time.
During my visit she answered all of my questions about quality and printing before I even spoke any of the words. She was so helpful I even questioned if she was the manager. She's a rarity at any business.
I wish I could work with her every time I'm there. Thanks for the best service I've had from any company in months.
I actually took the time to write this review as well as send in one to the FedEx survey website because she was so good!
Below is what I wrote on the FedEx survey website.
I came in to print off some architectural plans for a home remodel I'm working on. Within seconds of me walking in the door she approached me and popped up like a magic genie.
Her customer service and communication skills were amazing. Probably the best service I've received from an employee at any business this last year. I mean any business not just print services not just FedEx I mean any business!
If I could steal her away and have her work for me in construction I assure you I would.
Laura was amazing! She was so fast and efficient I probably will never go anywhere else. I will definitely go out of my way to seek her help. She knew exactly how to work the apps in my phone to ensure I emailed the file correctly so that I could get the maximum resolution possible. I can't give her enough phrase.

It is crucial to consider enhancing the hiring criteria to ensure a more efficient workforce. The service speed at this particular branch is noticeably slow, with tasks such as scanning barcodes and issuing receipts taking an excessive amount of time. Additionally, the staff's demeanor is quite unwelcoming, resulting in an unpleasant customer experience. I am inclined to seek alternatives to avoid patronizing this location in the future. This place is the Worst place you could be in this world.

I don't usually go to FedEx in Shoreline on 205th street. Today, I went there to print out some cards. After waiting for 30 min to get help by a very unfriendly lady. She's the older lady with a cane. She rolled her eyes when I mentioned we needed the cards the same day. Computer glitches and other issues( not sure what it was) , we ended up waiting for another half an hour. That's a total of one hour to print out cards. Then she told us there would be a rush fee to print on the same day. After waiting for an hour plus those additional unnecessary fees, it would have cost us $80 plus for a small school project. I decided to go to UPS on Edmonds way. Very friendly staff and printed out those cards I needed for $15 in less than 10 min. What was I thinking to go to FedEx in the first place!!!!!! I would have given no star if there's one.

Everytime I come here I stand around waiting to be acknowledged. i counted five employees- all in their own world never looking up to check out customers. The elderly woman with the cane is always rude. I hate that I keep coming back here. Learn customer service, Fedex.

When I placed my order, an employee printed a sample for me to approve. She should've been allowed to push print once more to complete my order (without charging me a rush fee) instead of having me wait 24 hours.I returned 23 hours, 50 minutes later only to be told I couldn't have my order without paying the rush fee.Or I could wait ten minutes until my order was 24 hours old, to avoid paying the rush (ransom) fee, which I did.Are you freaking kidding me?!What and awful way to treat your customers!
