I wouldn't take my Volkswagen to any other mechanic in Seattle. Tam is the best, he has done multiple maintenance and repairs on my Jetta. He serviced the Timing belt, serviced the transmission, changed the spark plugs and ignition coil. All at the lowest prices I've found and always fast and reliable. I would definitely recommend Europa!

Tan is a honest hardworking small business owner. I have had him work on two of our cars and have been pleased with his work and communication. His prices are reasonable and his customers are loyal. He also works on Japanese cars in addition to European cars.

I highly recommend Europa and Tan, the owner of Europa. Tan is super knowledgable and pays attention to detail and has a wide knowledge base on older and newer cars. He services our 1995 BMW E34 and our 2007 Saab 9-3 wagon. I can not say enough great things about this car care shop.

Tan is awesome and extremely good guy! He is honest and fair and super professional. A different shop quoted me 3400$ for this work on my 2011 bmw 327 convertible and Tan did it for 1500$ i can only hope he is my lifetime mechanic Sean cassill

Excellent, honest, effective service. One of the few specialists who actually is glad to have a conversation about your car as opposed to appearing too busy for you or that it’s a pain to do the work that they advertise. I took my BMW 740i 2001 with some problems and he fixed it, communicated well and showed real care. A rare find nowadays.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I was having serious misfiring issues with an ancient Honda Accord I inherited from my family. The first shop I took it to told me the "head gasket was blown" and would require a full engine replacement. A friend then recommended this place. After a few hours with the car, Tan called to give me the diagnosis, and within a couple more hours, completed some parts replacements. When I asked if the rest of the engine seemed ok (no blown gasket???), he said it felt completely fine during the test drive. The car now runs smoother than it ever has before. Tan's speed and pricing far exceeded my expectations. I'm so relieved to find a kind, competent, and honest mechanic in the area.

Tan is a god send. We live up at Baker Lake near Canadian border. So Tan will schedule us in when we come to town even when he is very busy.I had no other ride, so I brought a book and a pillow for a long wait.He had to order wiper blades and oil filter.I went down the block to Ichi Bento for lunch. Yum.When I came back car was ready to go!He had checked engine diagnostics, changed oil and topped off the fluids.And wow Reasonable price!That's why he has customers from over 100 miles away.This place is worth it. Oh, and while we were waiting for parts, he finished one car and started another. Very quick and thorough professional who knows his specialty.
