Chris Ringhofer in the service department did an outstanding job working on my service issue and coordinating my extended warranty claim. I’ve tried out other dealerships for service near my home, but have not been satisfied with their level of service. This was my first visit to Brotherton Cadillac. I met with Aman Atwal my sales associate. My experience was fantastic He was waiting for me. When I arrived the vehicle was clean and ready for me test drive. He was very informative about the vehicle very professional. Purchasing the vehicle was very easy. No pressure. They were very fair. We bought a beautiful Cadillac XT5 from Cindy Ortega. She was the best car salesperson I have ever worked with in my life! She was frindly and kind, and we never felt pressured. If you want to have a wonderful experience buying a car, just ask for Cindy. Throughout the process, the entire team honored the deal we made, and we felt very taken care of. The cocoa was great, too!

I had the pleasure of Owen Prentice helping me purchase a 2022 Toyota Carolla ES on 10/30/23 and I have never had a better experience at a dealership in my life! I had a great experience working with Aman, he is a man of his word. Amen was straight forward and the deal was the deal, my monthly payment even went down from what I was expecting. So far I am very impressed and satisfied with my buying experience with Brotherton GMC.

Drew was helping another client, and I was walking outside wandering, after another associate said he would help but did not!! Drew graciously without hesitation answered all my questions. He looked busy but stopped to help me. He worked with me and my family without any judgment and got me a sweet ride!! If you go to GMC in Renton, make sure you get you a Drew!!

This by far was the best experience I have had in a car dealership in my life. Our car salesman, David, was on top of his game and had answers to every question that we asked. We purchased the Cadillac Lyriq and he went out of his way to show us a ton of extra cool features. We were upfront regarding our time (not wanting to be at the dealership all day) and I can honestly say this was the fastest we have ever purchased a car. They were flexible with price and willing to work with you. Their finance team was very explanatory and the finance process was very quick and thorough. If you need to bring your car to the dealership for any issues, they can get you an appointment the next week, not months later (this was very different from our last car manufacturer). The whole experience from the time we showed up to the time that we left was a 10/10. The entire staff that we interacted with were genuinely nice and easy to talk with. I would highly recommend this dealership if you are in the market to purchase a Cadillac and would recommend asking to work with David! Thank you Brotherton Cadillac NW for a great car buying experience!

Service department has had my vehicle since June 7th. The rear end needed replaced. Two months later still isn't done. These guys don't have a clue I have to wonder who Ties their shoes in the morning. They have to have beet the record for the longest rear end rebuild in the world. Going on three months now. If you guys can't handle it admit it so I can get my truck back.

I thought this was a great place to buy a car until I find out that the work that was done on my car when I purchased it “would not have bought the car since they were going to sell a car that had extremely warped rotors and 3 tires that all had slow leaks” the service department was supposed to replace the rotors and breaks but ended up doing a sub par repair and did the cheapest option for themselves which was shave down the rotors, if I would have known this I would have returned the car right then… & then not even 9 months later I’m ready to sell my Lexus because I feel like it’s a horrible car and unsafe for my 1 year old daughter to ride in… come to find out it’s because they shaved down rotors that were already to low and warped completely unsafe & I had to then pay $600.00 to get the work done at a reputable Toyota dealership.. and the GM of the service department admitted that the rotors were at the very bottom when they worked on my car and probably should not have been shaved down and replaced but “legally his employees were allowed to do it, he does it all the time”.So BEWARE when you buy a used car from this dealership or get work done they are not looking out for your best interest only what saves them money. I paid over $30K cash for my Lexus with my inheritance because my dad had just passed and even when they knew I was paying cash, my dad just died and I had a 2 month old baby that I would be driving around in this car they still took advantage of me. It would have only cost the company an extra $100-200 to buy the new rotors.. you know since that was the stipulation of me purchasing this car but they decided to take advantage of me and now we are going to settle this in court!!! PLEASE ALL WOMEN IM WARNING YOU THE SERVICE GM WILL TALK DOWN TO YOU & RIP YOU OFF!!! Take your business elsewhere…

The staff here are very helpful and were very responsive when I needed to purchase a car quickly after being in a totaled accident. However, the issues I experienced with the car after driving it off the lot were extremely frustrating. I had to get the cars alignment fixed within two weeks and the technician who repaired it was beyond shocked that I was given the car with such a messed up alignment. I was literally drifting while driving straight. Then when I took it recently to a shop to get a small dent fixed, they were closely analyzing the car and asked me if I was aware this car had been in an accident as they can see that the airbags on the sides had deployed in this car at some point. I was BEYOND shocked to learn this.I just felt like we highly over paid which is partially our fault for not being more ambitious buyers and for being sold a car that had so many issues and had been in a serious accident! Regardless of whether it had been reported to insurance, they should know that about their cars if it took someone less than 5 minutes to expose that.

I had the best experience working with Stephanie Chung to purchase my Range Rover Velar. She was extremely professional and was able to answer any questions I had on the vehicle and the purchasing process. She was able to maximize the value of my trade in and get me a great deal on my new car. Highly recommend working with her. Also shout out to Finance Manager, Desiree Santos who was able to find a lower APR even when I had brought in a solid pre-approval and made the finance process seamless.

I bought a car here couple of days back and the staff is very supportive and willing to help you every way possible and specifically the agent that I have got Ashley Luzon she helped me a lot that what I want in my car, I have asked her like 100 questions and she answered me every question with a smile and I had an amazing experience there and specifically with Ashley’s services, she was amazing.
