Recently purchased a 2018 Denali from Nikko. This is my 3rd vehicle purchase from the Brotherton Dealerships, first buying over 18 years ago. Each buying experience has been wonderful from the initial inquiry, to working with the sales team, to financing. The owner Brad is also one of the kindest human beings. Nikko did a great job to make my difficult deal work based on my trade in situation. I typically hate buying cars due to sales people harassing you but Nikko balanced it perfectly with advocating for me with the sales manager (who was also amazing - shout out to Dan) and ultimately closing the deal without pressuring me. I was firm on price and payment and they made it work to get me back into my favorite vehicle. I was also on a time crunch so they expedited the process to ensure I could get in and out and where I needed to be which was greatly appreciated. Thanks again!

Don’t buy a Cadillac. If you’re ok with getting stuck on the side of the road with a flat tire then you should. Cadillac offers cars without spares which is fine because of run flats (though some are optional with spares and no run flats some without either). Working with the service department we’ve determined that there are no run flat tires available for my car which is less than 10 years old. Well the fronts are available but that doesn’t help much. You’re on your own and apparently no solutions are offered either - Cadillac the “it is what it is” service you pay for.

Bought a used car from here with the salesman Daniel and the price and condition was very enticing at first. When I go to buy it they require you to buy their “LoJack” system and that they “couldn’t” take it off of the car so that was another $1000 on top of the price. They provide a car inspection and my tires were marked at 3mm which is 1mm of from when the tires are REQUIRED to be replaced according to their “standards”. After getting it inspected and measured it was actually at 2mm and they just wrote it as 3mm so they wouldn’t have to replace it. The car also only came with one key which is not what I would expect from such a “high class” dealership. One of the front tires also had a CLEAR chunk completely missing on the sidewalk and they said they wouldn’t replace it. The salesman also made it clear that after the sale was done that they did not care, during the buying process he was very excited to answer any questions I had and checked up all the time about my decision on whether I was going to purchase the car but after the purchase he stopped answering my questions and complaints and only once replied saying that someone else was gonna deal with me (their service department that just told me they couldn’t do anything). Overall unprofessional, unethical, money hungry company that I would never give my business and time to again.
Stay far away from here.
