Please don’t rent here the place can fool you it looks good but it’s not safe at all they robbed me they opened our unit and took all our things and we asked if they could check the security cameras but they don’t work they said that the system is broken we had to make a report to the police which takes time and better save yourself all that and look for another safe place
We realized that we were not the only ones unfortunately that same weekend they opened around 5 units

Our unit was also broken into with tons of valuables stolen and we discovered tonight on a routine visit. Other yelp reviews mention this 22 days ago and we were never notified. This seems to be a common occurrence across multiple floors which all have a separate keypad code. Will be moving my belongings out as soon as possible!

Just came to drop off some camping gear after being there a couple weeks ago and several things stolen from my unit.
When I was there a few weeks prior a person told me she was moving out because of crime and I didn’t think much of it then. There’s double security- codes to get into the general door and a code for the elevator, but when I was there today there were several units that had been broken into.
The person at the front desk questioned me and continued asking if someone else may have had access when it was clear several units had been vandalized. Thankful for insurance and will process via police report.
Bonus: initially it seemed like a reasonably fair price, then rent increased a couple months later.
I believe it’s under new management, the previous management was much more on top of things and professional. Wouldn’t recommend as I’ve heard at least a dozen folks complain about this.

3/2023 -Nice and dry inside. Clean, easy to access. Would recommend.
4/24/2024 -updating my review. While the building is still nice and clean, the office has cut their hours drastically, and no longer trust their tenants to borrow moving carts. From what I can tell, there are only two carts available which are locked up in the office. Office hours are listed as 9:30-6pm on their website but that has been cut - maybe to 10:30am-5pm? I'm not sure. What I do know is that I rented a truck at 9:30 this morning, then had to wait around for an hour before the office opened.
Additionally, to borrow a cart, you must leave your drivers license with a staff member. We've been repeatedly warned that if we get there too late (5:10pm) and keep the cart past (their new?) office closing time, staff have permission to simply lock the door and leave - without returning your license. Essentially giving us 20m per weekday to access our stuff AND a moving cart at the same time.
Although the building is nice and dry, I no longer recommend this storage facility.

I can't thank Karenza enough for all the help she's given me. Every single time I visit the office/call and ask her a question she's always giving me as much information as she can while being incredibly warm and friendly! The process of renting a unit, learning more info about office/building times, and general contract jargon was all very easy to learn and navigate because of her. At this point, I always hope I get her whenever I visit the office because she's been so helpful. I don't feel any hesitation with asking for clarification and she's shown a lot of patience while teaching me the logistics of renting a unit. Thanks Karenza! ☺️

Easy process, the rules were explained very clearly. Karenza was wonderful! She made it so easy for me, the hardest part was getting my stuff into the storage unit, and even then they have dollies for you to use with your ID! Thank you Karenza!! For everything?

Great price. Staff was helpful in setting me up with a unit.I haven't seen any of the issues mentioned in negative reviews, hopefully will stay that way (I've only been there a month)

This is a story about a Trojan Storage hero Jeff... We moved up to Seattle from California and after a 3 day drive, we arrived mid-morning at the storage unit to drop off our stuff. Unfortunately, no one was there, it turns out the person managing the location had quit the day before. We called the emergency line and got a hold of Jeff. He drove all the way down from the location in Everett to help get us setup with keys and in the unit. We can't thank Jeff enough. Without him we would been in a horrible situation with a loaded 20-foot truck and no where to safely store it. Thank you Jeff for everything!!
