Dr. Li gave me an excellent prescription! I used to go to the best eye doctor in King County because I have a difficult prescription, but he retired. I looked around for a various eye doctors after that and the best one was Dr.Li in Lynnwood Costco of all places! Thank you so much! I can't tell you how happy you have made me with a good prescription.

Very disappointed!!!This place is like a fast food drive-through! Customers are rushed and hurdled like cattle... Four years ago I opted to fill my prescription with this optical center for the first time, and purchased two complete pair of glasses. It was right at the start of the covid, and literally after picking up my glasses, everything shut down.My glasses (lenses) never felt right, and after trying so hard to use them, I would have blurred vision, eye strain, headaches, nausea... Fast forward several months, I was still unable to use the glasses, as they never felt right. Recently (and about 4 years later), I visited to inquire about filling my updated prescription and getting a new pair of glasses. I explained my story about my two pair of glasses that never worked. The "certified" optometrist technician (aren't they all supposed to be certified), looked me up in their system, and her jaw dropped. She then proceeded to inform me that the lenses they put into the two pair of glasses four years ago were not matching the prescription that my Dr. wrote at that time. Huh??? Then she tried to be nice and suggested I bring those two frames and they can use them to put new Rx into them. Hmm? Shouldn't I be refunded fully for everything??? So, because of that (and Costco really does great job on returns), I am writing this poor review and will never come back for Costco's Optical Service. I guess, you get what you pay for! Please note, Costco Optical has (their own) rather older technology lenses with a limited viewing area, thus they can afford to be cheaper than most places around. Also, their eyeglass frames are very outdated styles; so if you think you will get a nice pair of glasses, it's most likely not going to happen.

The worst eye service I have ever gotten from the eye exam doctor Dr. Bell. Front desk is super unfriendly or rather straight out passive aggressive. Front desk is total garbage. I wasted my money.I will also attest to varying levels of customer service witnessed and experienced. Don't get your eyes checked her ever.My low rating is based on eye doctor only but the optics department is great. A girl named Alyssa helped me and she was wonderful.

Please use a person to help measure and fit your glasses, especially if you are getting bifocals or progressive lenses. Costco vision center was professional and personal. I'm thrilled with the help I received, and i will never go anywhere else.

I was "helped" by Mary - rudest person I have ever met in my life. It wasn't a busy day and I still got the worst customer service ever. If you can, just avoid going here and if you can't then try and avoid being assisted by Mary.

I have been shopping here in this Shoreline location for about an year, and I have to say 70% of the time the staffs were rude or unhelpful. There are a few good one. I had staffs not so willing to help , chat with colleagues while helping me, or didn't handle the produce with care at checkout (banana, watermelon, avocado..etc). Also had a few encounters at the checkout where the cashier tells me that I should do this and that, and cuts me when i talked. My experience were much better at Bellingham costco where I lived before.

15 min for a large pepperoni pizza. Use the kiosk? You get your pie immediately. Pay cash? You must wait, prepare to be shamed when you ask obvious questions, then hear them talk, acting like you're not standing right there, "Impatient customers, geez...yea, it's ok" ...really? I used to manage a pizza business and the people that work here treat it like a vacation: large pizza-one topping...5 min tops. Love the insincere, "Have a nice day." Worst customer service ever. 1st time getting food there. Last timeWanna pay cash? Sorry you must wait.

I'm really disappointed with the quality and the customer service during my last visit. March 8, 2022 I purchased two top tier glasses (Givenchy and Ferragamo) . Sometimes what seems to good to be true is just that! March 11, 2023 I'm back with both sets of glasses asking if they could be repaired. I was told no. Although I was within the one year time period for repair they weren't salvageable . I could, however, purchase a new set of frames if they had it. Fat chance of that happening since it's a wholesale joint. I also felt like I was guilty of a crime for having broken glasses. Not handled well by the customer service person. I purchased two pair to switch off and have two different styles. They are absolute garbage. So, I'm out of two pairs of glasses. Both of which were the first two pairs that ever broke in the past 30+ years I've been wearing glasses. And now, I'm back to wearing the glasses I purchased three years ago. I highly recommend avoiding this place for glasses. Again, a bargain is not a bargain. Since I have to replace them - they'll wind up costing me more. I recommend avoiding this place for quality.

I didn't not catch the employee's name although I wish I had because it was exemplary customer service and human decency she brought forth. My card declined and I became overwhelmed and she was compassionate and caring towards me helping me to not become overwhelmed. She offered to set aside the item that pushed my card limit over and came to check on me as I attempted to sort out my finances. She was working at noon assisting Jeffrey in the second to last register closest to the health section. I wish I caught her name because her Good Samaritan nature deserve recognition! Would highly recommend this Costco and their wonderful employees!

As far ask I can tell, this location does not sell gasoline for your car.Compared to the Marysville location (an hour north), the layout is about the same. I love that as I frequent both locations each month. The shoreline store definitely carries more variety month to month and asian grocery items, which I love. The business level compares to the lynnwood location (20 minutes north), and can get quite hectic especially on weekends. I like how the first sunny summer weekend usually means there are less folks there but it's hit and miss as with anything. In this location, I push my way through and charge otherwise no one lets you in and you get blocked at every turn. This location has sushi and sashimi at reasonable prices and is fresh. The sugar tax does apply here for soda and juices so keep that in mind! Hence mt trips to Marysville in Snohomish county where it's not applicable. This location is always clean and organized and typically not over crowded with workers on machinery so it's been a good swift experience each time.

Wow before this most recent trip to Costco, it must have been years since I had gone to this store... I completely forgot how easy it is to get lost and just find yourself buying things that you really (at the end of the day) probably don't need. But there are so many neat things strategically placed on your path to the items you actually went there to buy. This store located in Shoreline is not the biggest store I have been to but it sure was popular. Even on a weekday morning, the parking lot was full and there were tons of people roaming through the aisles. For those who are not in the know, Costco requires a membership. Flash that pretty card at the door and you're in. Even if you tried to sneak in... don't try. You have to scan your card before you purchase your items. If you dont' have a membership yet, let the front door person know and they can get you to the membership line. In just a few short minutes, you'll be signed up and ready to participate in the chaos that is Costco! But let's be real. People come here to buy discounted bulk item purchases. They also have great deals on snacks and also snacks/food you don't often see elsewhere. One of my favorite things to get here actually is their prime rib caps. You know that tasty fatty part of the prime rib at the top of each cut? Yes, they sell just that often curled into rolls that you pop straight into the oven and cook just like you would a prime rib. It's an awesome cut of meat but they only have a few for purchase in the morning and by mid day they are often sold out. Probably should have kept that secret to myself...
