Do not go!! Jim Ault is very cold and seems past his prime in negotiations and willingness to work with customers. Out of 15plus dealers I've been too I've never seen this happen ever. Might need some new blood in this place. Ruining the incredible rep of Greg Olsen.

Bought a brand new 2023 Chevy Bolt EUV at Chuck Olson Chevy. After driving the car home about 65 miles away, there was an error and found out the car needed a transmission fluid pump and should not be driven. The Chevy EV concierge service had it towed to the closest certified Bolt repair center (Titus Will Chevy). Titus Will stated that the part was on backorder at the factory, and they had to wait for either the factory to produce the parts or checking stock at another dealership to see if they had the part and was willing to sell it to them. Titus Will could not give me a date and stated it might be 2 weeks or months before I would get the car back. I emailed the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy with a timeline of facts and asked what could be done. Greg authorized his shop to take the part off a car on the lot to get my Bolt back on the road. While the two dealerships were working out the details, another dealership released part. After 17 days of purchasing the vehicle issue was resolved. I have heard other owners with the same issue for months now and still haven't gotten their cars repaired. Thanks to the owner of Chuck Olson Chevy for offering to fix the issue if no part could be found.

Because of Kyle... we would definitely recommend buying a car from Kyle exclusively. Don't use anyone else when you come to chuckles and Chevrolet make sure you ask for Kyle.

Truck was stolen & the recovered. Took it to Chuck Olson to be repaired. Truck was stolen from Chuck Olson. They have ZERO security after hours and park their customer cars overnight in an open lot 100 ft off hwy 99 and do not have a barrier blocking access/exit from their property to the street. They are taking zero responsibility. Will never go to them again and would warn against anyone else using their service department.

Worst service appointment I ever had! Took my Bolt in for the battery replacement (you know, the one that catches fire?) only to be told rather condescendingly that I didn't have an appointment and there was a waitlist for the replacements. I explained that I was on that waitlist and this was the appointment they gave me, even showing them the text message I received FROM THEM that day confirming my appointment. They brushed it off saying they didn't know how that could have happened as there were multiple people on the list in front of me and it was a Friday afternoon so why would I even think that they would work on my car on a Friday? Very condescending and infuriating. They did find my name on the waitlist but told me that I would still need to wait, likely months, for another appointment. This was after I took off work, had my spouse take off work, and followed me up to the dealer for the appointment. And not a single apology for THEIR error. Worst customer service ever and I will never buy from them again (in fact, I went and put a deposit down the following weekend on a new Ford so that I could trade the Bolt in ASAP).

I would STRONGLY recommend that you have a written estimate in your hand before you agree to service from this place. I was quoted a price over the phone by Todd, and I requested an emailed copy of the estimate which never materialized. Then when I got there to pick up the vehicle the price was significantly higher than what I was quoted. I was even shown the estimate form where he had scratched out the originally quoted price. The manager James offered/threatened to hold my vehicle until the bill was settled to his satisfaction...because, of course, that was Todd's day off...but he'd be back on Monday. Fool me once Chuck Olson Chevrolet, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. You won't get a second chance. I should also add that I initially went in for a factory recall item- the replacement of which should've been 100% free of charge to me. It sure looks like they are trying to cover the cost of this work by boosting the charges to me.

My son was lied to by a salesman Jacob. They stated a car would be available to purchase at 9am in the morning, to first come first serve. He drives all they way down to the dealership from Marysville showed up at 8:55 and waited 5 mins and then called the salesman saying he was outside ready to buy the car. Jacob tells my son sorry we sold the car 45 mins ago. I know that Chuck Olson would be rolling in his grave to see how you are ruining his name.
