I and my family have been a client for over a year now and have had to continuously educate and fight with my wise team on how to approach, talk, advocate and show up, for my own services. Its exhausting as a consumer and provider that I have to coach and teach my own service providers in how to be equitable in their services and conversations with me as a client a black woman all to no avail as I have been continued to be harassed , put down not listened to nor heard in my cries and outburst for help. My assigned team has been clear and blatant with their personal bias and discriminatory behavioral practices has caused more trauma and has extended or created crisis situations and chaos within my family more so then should ever be allowed or subjected too. I have in this time been talked out of filing a grievance on three different past occasions and refuse to continue this vicious cycle of abuse. The threats to me and my family , the lack of accountability of my team members and the language written, email, text and non-verbal communication and tones in which they have continued to use towards me and my children can and will not be tolerable

I was abused and taken advantage of by a woman named ANDREA and her supervisors. this place is completely fraud. the people I encountered in my nightmare lasting over 2 years of 2 to 3 weekly appointments has done immense damage to my reality and I have flashbacks terror of female Healthcare providers and I feel it killed a big part of who I am as a result. I cannot stress this enough, this is not a place where people care for the clients. its a disgusting fraudsters wet dream where everyone is just taking advantage of the system and abusing their medical titles to the furthest extant. they are complicit in this, willingly doing illegal acts to cover for each other even at the expense of vulnerable clients lives destroyed completely. I am seeking legal support to expose these things and hopefully protecting others from going through what I experienced at CHS in Shoreline.

I highly recommend going to another facility. Most of the teachers or counselors are great people however when you get to the MRT program you will be stuck and set back and punished for a little mistakes being late to class being in traffic. Other facilities are about accomplishing and being sober this MRT program is helpful and is great in teaching people new goals and lives and addressing their issues of directing blame towards others however as me being sober throughout this time in this program I consider it punishment when I got stuck in traffic didn't make it at 6:00 p.m. the door was locked and I called and nobody's there to open the door and the following week I come I am told to go all the way back to another step to waste another week.

I highly recommend going to another facility that will not punish you or set you back in compliance for one month because you are late to class or you missed class because of some unforeseeable event. If this is court ordered or because of probation officer ordered I highly recommend going somewhere else that won't punish you or set you back months or weeks because you missed the class. Other facilities are about treatment and about you being sober and getting your steps done to be the better you. This facility is about being best friends with your probation officer communicating with them and telling you that since you missed one class you're not in complains for 1 whole month so you have the continue to come to class and you don't get to graduate your step because you missed 1 class. I highly recommend of the facilities.

Love my IOP group! Counselor Matt is the greatest! Tomika is helpful and is super on following up on things like paperwork. Couldn't ask for more in a court appointed treatment place. And if you're looking for personal reasons, look no more this is the place you've been looking for.

Currently in treatment and mental health. Long delays with paperwork and enrollment. Misdiagnosed with substance abuse. Diagnosis for drugs that have never even been taken. Don't go here. There are other options if you have apple care.

Shady assessment practices, court ordered to do treatment, didn't have to go here but did because of convenience. They care more about teaming up w a person's probation officer to get you thrown in jail than they do about helping you maintain sobriety. Currently In the process of switching treatment centers.. find somewhere else to go
